LOCKEY PGA381 Wireless Chime
Lock Guard Wireless Chime is based on bidirectional RF433.92MHz and Lockly 2.0 proprietary encryption, providing communication reliability, stability, and better security. It is powered by 3 x AA batteries and supports 5V DC for sustained power supply.
Power Up to Pair the Chime
Open the battery compartment and insert 3 x AA batteries ensuring that they
are correctly oriented. You may also use the included 5V 1A DC adapter to
connect to the power supply. Turn the power switch button on the rear side and
the chime will be activated.
NOTE: Wireless Chime will first use the batteries if you have installed 3
x AA and DC power supply as a backup. For a longer product life, it is
recommended to use a DC power supply.
Enter the smart door lock into pairing mode. (Refer to the manual of the smart door lock on how to enter pairing mode.) Briefly press the settings key at the back of the chime twice (2x). The chime enters the pairing mode. The red and white LED indicators flash alternately and slowly. If pairing is successful, the white LED will be ON for 2S. The red LED will be ON for 2S if the pairing fails or timeout in the 30s.

- You will automatically exit the settings mode after the 30s if no action is received.
- When the alarm is triggered, the chime will ring and the alarm will last for 3 minutes. Briefly press the settings key at the back of the chime to turn off the alarm.
- Press the doorbell button on the door lock. The wireless chime will ring and the white LED indicator will flash. Use the volume switch (on the left side) to adjust the volume to either High or Low.
Install the Wireless Chime
- You can place the chime on a flat table, or choose an appropriate action.
- Fix the installation mount with accessories included in the package as shown:
- To dismount the chime, push it inward to the installation mount and slide it down as shown below.
Low Battery Reminder
- When the battery power is too low, the red LED indicator will flash. Please replace the batteries in time.
Restore to Factory settings
- Long press the settings key for 5S, the white LED indicator will be on for 25 and the chime will return to factory settings.
- After restoring to factory settings. the ringtone will return to the default “Ding
- Dong sound. The pairing information with the smart door lock will be cleared.
