Balancing the fan

If the fan oscillates during use, switch it off and hook the clip into the centre of  one blade; switch it on again, and if it still oscillates remove the clip and put it on another blade until the oscillation is reduced: this is the blade that needs to be counterweighted.

On this blade, reposition the clip in several places (from the centre towards the tip) to locate the point that eliminates oscillation. On the surface of the blade near the clip, glue the supplied counterweight, remove the clip and test the fan again.

If it still oscillates, add another counterweight. If it worsens, try again to find the most suitable counterweight point until a balance is found.
