DM1958F Floor Lamp Portable Light
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This portable luminaire has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit
in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully
inserted. Do not alter the plug.
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of electric shock and a burn during
relamping, disconnect power to the unit and let bulb coolbefore relamping To
avoid risk of fire, do not allow curtains and other combustible materials to
come in contact with the lamp
Warning
This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable
installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of
the product and the hazards involved.
DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO THE RETAILER.

your email (weekend excluded).
