IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Before using HT10 wireless earbuds, please charge both the case and earbuds;
  • While you are trying to connect the earbuds to a new device, make sure the earbuds are not connected with any other devices;
  • We provide 3 pairs of ear tips (include one pair installed on the earbuds), please select the best one for different occasions;
  • A Key to sound quality in any earbud is the FIT of rubber ear tips to the listener If you don’t have a snug fit, you could lose up to 30-75% of the sound quality;
  • If the earbuds cut in and out frequently in routine use, it should be a defective item. Feel free to contact us. We would help to solve your issue within 8 hours normally.

CONNECT SETTINGS FOR STEREO MODE

Stereo Mode (Dual Mode: The left and right earbud as a whole)
Follow the tips to connect your earbuds:

Step 1: Power on
The earbuds will power on AUTOMATICALLY when you remove the earbuds from the charging case with a voice prompt of “POWER ON”. (Or you can also press the power keys on both earbuds up to one time to turn them on manually).

Step 2: Pairing
When both earbuds are on, the left and right earbuds will connect with each other AUTOMATI- CALLY with a voice prompt of “DU” from each earbud.
Once the two earbuds are connected, the right earbud (master device) will enter the pairing mode AUTOMATI-CALLY with a voice prompt of “PAIR- ING”;

Step 3: Connected
Search and select “HT10-R” on your smart phone to finish your settings, with a voice prompt of “CONNECTED” from the left earbud.

Step 4: Power off
Return to the charging case or press the power key on either one of the earbuds up to 4 seconds to turn off the earbuds.

CONNECT SETTINGS FOR MONO MODE

Mono Mode (Single Mode: The left or right earbud as a separate item). Follow the tips to connect only the LEFT earbud:

NOTE: Make sure that the right earbud keeps off through-out the whole process.

Step 1: Power on
The left earbud will power on AUTOMATICALLY- when you remove it from the charging case with a voice prompt of “POWER ON” Or you can also press the power key on the earbud up to 3 seconds to turn it on manually.

Step 2: Pairing
When the earbud is on, it will enter pairing mode AUTO-MATICALLY with a voice prompt of “PAIRING” from the left earbud within 20 seconds.

Step 3: Connected
Search and select “HT10-L” on your smart phone to finish your settings, with a voice prompt of “CON- NECTED” from the left earbud.

Step 4: Power off
Return the left earbud to the charging case or press the power key up to 4 seconds to turn it off.

NOTE: The above steps are also applicable to the RIGHT earbud.

ATTENTION:
If you want to switch to Stereo Mode, either way would be helpful below:

(1) Clear “HT10” on the Bluetooth list of your smartphone;
(2) Turn on the RIGHT earbud first, then the LEFT earbud subsequently.

NOTE: For PC Connection, May require proper Bluetooth driver for your PC Bluetooth device.

If the above ways don’t work, switch to the “FQA” about “How to back to stereo mode”.

CHARGING

(1) Charging the Earbuds:

The earbuds will charge automatically when you return them to the charging case;

(2) Charging the Case:

Use 5V adapter (not included) to charge the case. The white LED indicators are blinking while charging. All of them keep on when fully charged.

NOTE: Charge the charging case before first use of ear-buds. Place the earbuds in the charging case before you start charging. Clean the charging pin on regular basis to prevent poor connection.

(3) LED Battery Indicator:

Trigger this function by any one of the following actions:
Option 1.Open the cover of the case; Option 2.Pick up the earbud from the case; Option 3.Put back the earbud in the case;

The four LED indicators correspond to different battery levels:

Reset your HT10 go back to the stereo mode or if you can only hear sound on either side:

Step 1: Clear up “HT10-L” and “HT10-R” on the Bluetooth list of your cell phones;

Step 2: Turn off the Bluetooth in your cell phones;

Step 3: Press and hold the power keys 5 seconds until the left and right earbud blinks white and blue alternately.

Return to the charging case or press the power key on either one of the earbuds up to 4 seconds to turn off the earbuds.

Step 4: Turn on both earbuds and keep the two earbuds within 5 cm during the whole process the most important key to back to stereo mode;

Step 5: After 5 seconds, they would be back to stereo when the right earbud blinks white and blue alternately, and the light of leR earbud is off.

NURSING AND WEAR CONSIDERATIONS

  • Periodically clean, especially the parts in contact with the skin. Use a clean, moist cloth.
  • Do not allow the product to come into contact with hot and acidic liquids.
  • Wear loosely, to ensure that the air circulation.
  • Remove the product from time to time, in order to clean, but also let the skin freely.
  • Do not open the housing or demolition.
  • Do not use if the display breaks.
  • Do not place the product in the washing machine or drying machine.
  • Do not expose your product to extremely high or low temperatures.
  • Do not sweat in the sauna or steam room to use the product.
  • Do not make the product for a long time by the direct sunlight.
  • Do not place the product in a fire process. The battery may explode.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean the product.
  • If the product gets wet, do not charge.
  • If you feel product in the heat, remove it.

Batteries or packaging for batteries are labeled in ac-cordance with European Directive 2006/66/EC concern-ing batteries and accumulators and waste batteries and accum ulat ors. The Directive determines the framework for the return and recycling of used batteries and accu-mulators as applicable throughout the European Union. This label is applied to various batteries to indicate that the battery is not to be thrown away, but rather reclaimed upon end of life per this Directive. FAQ

Q. How to back to stereo mode aRer faulty operation?

A. Either way would be helpful below:
@ Clear “HT10-L” on the Bluetooth list of your smart-phone; @ Turn on the RIGHT earbud first, then the LEFT earbud subsequently. Make sure that do NOT select “HT10-L” on your smart phone at any time if you want to go back to stereo mode.

If you still can’ I go back to stereo mode, try to reset the earbuds.

Q. Will there be latency when watching a video from your laptop or cell phone

A. Generally, there are plenty of cables underlying in the place mentioned above, which are more likely to produce electromagnetic interference and result in signal interruption.

If the earbuds cut in and out frequently in routine use, it should be a defective item. Feel free to contact us. We would help to solve your issue within 8 hours normally.

Q. Why can’t the earbuds power on/off automatically?

A. If the battery of charging case is low, the earbuds can NOT power on/off automatically. Please charge the case and try it again
