INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
INFO: LET THE APPLIANCE DO THE WORK FOR YOU! FOR CORRECT AND FAULTLESS USE, THE HURRICANE FLOATING MOP MUST NEVER BE PRESSED TOO HARD AGAINST THE FLOOR. PRESSING TOO HARD CAN IMPAIR THE ROTATION AND THUS ALSO THE CLEANING PERFORMANCE.

- Only intended for domestic use.
- Never immerse the Hurricane Floating Mop in a bucket of water or hold it under running water. While the mop is designed to work with water or the household detergent of your choice, always be sure to apply water or detergent only to the cleaning pads.
- Do not use any charger or accessories other than those supplied with your Hurricane Floating Mop.
- Rapid charging and overcharging can cause damage to the rechargeable battery, personal injury, or even a fire.
- This device should only be used by children aged 8 years and over, as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised or have been instructed on the safe use of the device and understand the dangers associated with its use. Children must never be allowed to play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children unless they are older than 8 years of age and supervised by a responsible adult. Keep children younger than 8 years away from the appliance.
Charging the mop
- To charge the mop, plug the power supply unit into a socket and then plug the charging adapter into the charging port on the mop base. (Fig. 1)
- The red light on the mop base now indicates that the mop is in charging mode.
- Leave the mop to charge for approximately 180 minutes. The red charge indicator light will go out when the mop is fully charged.
Assembling the mop

Before assembling, please make sure that all parts of the appliance are present.
Note: The top and middle stems have the same black internal thread. The lower stem has a blue internal thread. -
Tightly screw the upper stem into the lower stem in a clockwise direction. (Fig. 2).

Now attach the lower stem to the middle stem by tightly screwing it in a clockwise direction. (Fig. 3)

You can then attach the assembled handle to the mop base by holding the mop base and screwing the handle in clockwise.
Starting up the mop

1. Turn the mop base over. Select the reusable cleaning pads you wish to use
- Green microfibre pad: ideal for normally soiled hard-surface floors
- Blue polishing pad: ideal for cleaning windows and mirrors
- Dark green scrubbing pad: ideal for stubborn dirt
and attach them to the underside of the mop base using the Velcro tape. Press the pads lightly so that they stick firmly in place. (Figs. 5 + 6). You can now spray both pads with water or your detergent of choice. Tip: You will achieve the best results if you only slightly moisten the cleaning pads (slightly damp).

Switch on the device by pressing the On/Off button on the mop base. You are now ready to clean, scrub or polish your floor.

When you‘re done, press the ON/OFF button again to turn the mop off.
Cleaning instructions
To clean the reusable pads, you can simply wash them in the washing machine on a gentle cycle. Use warm water and a commercially available detergent for this.
To ensure its longevity, store the Hurricane Floating Mop in a cool, dry place.
