SETTING UP THE APP

1. Download the app – Look Cam

Search and download Look Cam on the App Store or Google Play. …. you can also scan the QR code below via QR scanning app for direct URL link.

2. Setup the NANO

Insert a Micro SD card in the card slot ➌ if you’re planning on recording media directly on the NANO. Push the card in all the way until you feel it click.

Plug in the included battery to the NANO’s battery connector ➎.

Turn on the camera: move the switch ➋to the ON position, wait until the indicator light ➑ starts blinking solid blue.

To charge the battery, use the included USB cable to connect to a charger or any live USB port. Then connect to the NANO USB port ➍ . The indicator will stay on red while charging and go out once fully charged.

3. Setup the WIFI

Connect your phone to this camera’s WiFi access from your phone’s WiFi settings, search and connect to the WiFi signal starting with “F###…”.

Back in the App, if it hasn’t detect your camera yet, add one by taping the “+” plus sign, Add new online camera , then ADD BY LAN. You should see a new device listed.

4. Setup remote connection

Tap the gear icon from your camera device, then Coifing Wi-Fi, or WiFi Setting if on an Android.

Finally, choose your local WiFi network and enter the password. If you don’t know your local WiFi password please check with your internet provider.

Once connected you will be able to watch and control video recording live from the app remotely.

Tap on the camera device on the list, it may take 30 seconds for video to come up.

Frequently Questions & Answers

What micro SD card is required for recording?
– The camera supports up to 128GB micro SD card. Please use high speed class 10 FAT formatted memory card. Why can’t i use my micro SD Card for recording?
– You must format the micro SD before using. If SD card is not recognized when inserted into camera just remove and reinsert.

Why can’t the camera go online?

1. The camera is far away from your router.
2. Check if your router is working properly or not .
3. Weak WiFi signal
4. Wrong password while WiFi setting.

Why is remote monitoring not smooth ?
– You should choose a suitable resolution to watch according to your internet speed.

When I forgot my password ?
– Press and hold the RESET button 15 seconds and restore the factory setting, they the password is recover to default  password: 123456, and you can set your own passwords to ensure the security of your camera .
