Step 1
Ensure that the batteries are correctly fitted and Bluetooth is
enabled on your mobile device| Step 2
Please choose a user number for your measurements

Step 3
When the blood pressure monitor is off press and hold the
button until the pairing animation is displayed
If it does not, turn the monitor off and then press and hold the
button until the animation appears| Step 4
Select User Number
Turn the device on and press the button to cycle between users 1, 2 and guest,
press to confirm your user number Guest readings are not saved
|
Step 5
Place the cuff around your wrist following the printed directions
and press the button
Ensure you sit still with your arm below your heart for the entire
procedure| Step 6
If your blood pressure monitor is on and your app is open then your data will
be synced
automatically
If your monitor is unable to connect, then your data will be saved to your
monitor until a connection is available
| 
Step 7
If your device is out of range or the app is closed will be displayed
The data is saved on the monitor and transferred next time there
is a successful connection|
