Product Introduction

  • If you see a red flash when you take a photo, please move the switch from “TEST” to “ON”.
  • After you turn the switch from “TEST” to “ON”, you will observe a countdown from 15 seconds. After that, the screen will shut down. That is completely normal. You can walk in front of the camera to check if it takes photos and videos.
  • Do not dip the camera in water.
  • The camera can work in temperatures to up to 70 °C, but please keep the camera far enough from fire to protect the batteries.
  • Alkaline batteries are recommended because alkaline batteries are able to provide strong and stable power to the camera.
  • Please do not mix old batteries and new batteries.
  • If an DC 6V power adapter is used to supply the camera, please make sure there are no batteries in the camera in order to prevent the overcharge.

    • For example, we set the 1-minute video length and 30 seconds shot lag. When the camera detects an animal, it will start to record a 1-minute video. However, the camera will not detect continuously. When the video is done, the camera will not detect immediately. It will detect again after 30 seconds in order to save the battery.
  •  Equivalent to timer. The camera only works within the set time period.
  • If you use several cameras at the same time and you want to recognize which camera took which photos and videos, setting up a serial number could help you. The serial number will show in the bottom right corner of the photos or videos.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I can’t turn on my camera.

    • Check if the batteries are charged.
    • Check if the battery polarity is correct.
    • Re-install the batteries.
  • My camera is not taking photos or recording videos.

    • Check if the TF card is of Class 10.
    • Check if the TF card works normally on other devices.
    • Format the TF card.
  • The camera doesn’t detect anything.

    • Make sure that the camera is not behind a glass or other see-through object.
    • Please check the settings in the menu to adjust the detection distance and the detection sensibility of the camera, then try again.
  • Why doesn’t the camera record during the night and it works well during the day?
    Please check the battery level of the camera. If the battery is low (33% of charge or less), the night vision function will automatically shut down. Please change the batteries, then the night vision function will restore.

  • My “Target Recording Time” function doesn’t work.
    Check if you have also turned on the “Time Lapse” function and set the lapse length

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

  • Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
  • Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
  • Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
  • Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
  • If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
