IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
(a)READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
(b) Do not cover this product as the covering may cause the flexible
light to overheat and melt or ignite.
(c) Do not operate with the flexible light tightly coiled.
(d) Do not puncture, cut, shorten, or splice the flexible lighting.
(e) Do not route the cord or flexible lighting through walls, doors,
windows or any like part of the building structure.
(f) Do not use if there is any damage to the light or cord insulation.
Inspect periodically.
(g) Do not submerge flexible light in liquids, or use the product in the
vicinity of standing water or other liquids.
(h) Secure this flexible light using only the hangers or clips provided.
Do not secure this product or its cord with staples, nails, or like means that
may damage the insulation or permanently attach to the building structure.
(i) Do not subject flexible lighting to continuous flexing.
(j) This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other)
as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug, if it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not
alter or replace the plug.
(k) All units must be unplugged before adding additional segment.
(l) Use only the same series extension segments model manufactured by the
same manufacturer, .
(m) Ensure all connections and the end cap on the last segment is tightly
secured to preclude the entry of water.
(n) Do not install on gates or doors, where subject to flexing.
(o) Do not mount or secure tape light in a manner that can cut the outer
jacket or damage the cord insulation. Inspect the tape light carefully before
use and discard any tape light that have broken outer jacket, loose
connections, or frayed wire insulation.
(p) Risk of fire. Do not replace attachment plug. Contains a safety
device (fuse) that should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment
plug is damaged.
(q) Do not rub or knead the products continuously, the smallest bending
radius is more than 8cm.
(r) Do not operate with the flexible light tightly coiled. To prevent
overheating do not allow contact between flexible light cables and parts of
light cables. Maintain at least 12mm spacing between flexible light cables or
parts of light cables.
(s) Do not install in cabinets, tanks or enclosures of any kind.

WARNING: When using “outdoor” use portable lighting products, basic
safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock, and personal injury, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
(a) Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protection should be provided
on thecircuits or outlet to be used for the outdoor use flexible lighting
product. Receptacles are available having built-in GFCI protection for this
measure of safety.
(b) Use only outdoor extension cords, such as type SW, SOW, STW, STOW,
SJW, SJOW, SJTW, or SJTOW. This designation is marked on the wire of the
extension cord.
(c) Do not install closer than 3 meters from a swimming pool surface.

HOW TO REPLACE THE FUSE:
This plug contains an electrical fuse a safety feature.
- Disconnect power before replacing the fuse.
- Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device.
- Do not unplug by pulling on the cord
- Slide open by unscrew the fuse access cover on top of attachment plug.
- Remove old fuse carefully.
- Never attempt to replace the fuse with a higher watt fuse. Use only 5 A, 125 V fuse. Failure to do so may be a fire hazard.
- Set new fuse in holder and reinstall access cover.
HOW TO INSTALL TAPE LIGHT
The design of tape light is very user friendly and easy to customize. User can install it in any smooth surface such as wood, plastic, metal, etc. It can be re-shaped to form many designs and it’s very easy to connect.
A. Lighted part should be facing up when using clips.
B. Make sure tape light including all accessories are properly installed
before plugging sets to AC outlet.
C. Bend on the flat side of the tape light only. Do not bend on the sides
to avoid damaging electrical wirings.
D. Secure mounting clips with nails or screws provided with this product.
(see Parts and Accessories)
E. Mounting clips and suction cups should be evenly spaced with a maximum
1 meter spacing. (Fig. 4)
F. Make sure the distance between two lines of lighting chains should be
at least 12mm.
G. Please refer to end connector caution labels for maximum sets to
connect.
H. Please use only the accessories (clips and screws) provided with this
product.
I. Do not attempt to modify, cut or damage this product as this will void
the warranty.
Remote control User Manual
Remove the plastic battery isolation tag from the remote control by pulling it out. (see below picture B) Point the remote control towards the IR Receive sensor on the White controller box. (see below picture C) Do not have the sensor pointing directly towards strong sunlight. The remote control need to be in line of sight to a maximum of around 5 metres from the Black sensor on the cable.
Product connection
Locate and unfasten the first coaxial connector of the additional set to remove the control box. Connect the exposed connection with open end connector from the first set Repeat for all additional sets Connect up to 3 sets only of GE brand StayBright® sets ONLY
