Bluetooth Connection with Mobile Phone

(Prior to first use- Please be sure both the Earbuds and the Charging Case are fully charged.)

Step 1- The twin earbuds can be automatically powered on and paired when they are taken out of the charging case.

If the earbuds are not connected to your device over 3 minutes, the earbuds will power off automatically. Turn on the earbuds manually by pressing down the MFB button about 3 seconds at the prompt” power on” and one beep sound.] Only one earbud led indicator flashes white which means both earbuds get paired with each other successfully and enter dual ear mode.

Step 2 – Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone, search and choose “K23” to connect.(There should be a voice prompt “connected” from both earbuds if you wear them. And the indicators of both earbuds will turn off. ]

At dual ear mode, if you only want to use one earbud for music or call, just put another earbud into the charging case.

Automatically re-connection:
The last paired device will reconnect the earbuds by default after the first successful connections.

Mono Mode Connection with Mobile Phone

Each earbud can work independently at mono mode, setting as below: (Before the below steps, please empty all the Bluetooth name K23 on your mobile phones, turn off the Bluetooth of your phones.)

One earbud connects the mobile phone A

  • Step 1. Power on: Take one earbud out of the charging case.
  • Step 2. Reset: Click the MFB button three times to clear previous pairing memory. The earbud will power off. Press 3 seconds to turn on the earbud manually at the prompt “power on” and “pairing”, the indicator of the earbud will flash white light once every 0.5 seconds.
  • Step 3.Mono mode setting: Double -click the MFB button, the earbud led indicator flashes quickly for a while, then flash slowly, that means the earbud enter mono mode.
  • Step 4. Connect with mobile phone: Open the Bluetooth of your mobile phone, search “K23″on the mobile phone and click to connect. When the connection is successful, you can hear voice prompt “connected’: the earbud’s indicator will turn off.

How to reset earbuds?

If you hope both earbuds recover dual ear mode from mono mode, please reset earbuds. Before below steps, please empty all the Bluetooth name K23 on your mobile phones, turn off the Bluetooth of your phones.

  1. Take out both earbuds from charging case, quick-press 3 times on each earbud, you can hear voice prompt “du” and ” power off ” , the previous pairing memory is cleared, both earbuds are power off.
  2. Long-press the button of each earbud to turn on earbuds manually. Then quick-press 2 times on button of each earbud, wait for a while. If only one earbud led indicator flash white while another earbud led indictor turn off, that means both earbuds get paired with each other successfully and enter dual ear mode.
  3. Now open the Bluetooth on your device, search “K23” to connect.

How to wear the earbuds correctly?

Take out “R earbud” to wear on right ear.

The ear hooks are adjustable, you can bend it to fit your ears tighter if in need.

For Call

  • Answer Call : Click Once
  • End a call : Click Once
  • Reject an incoming call : Long Press 2S
  • Switch to the third party call while hanging up your current call : Click Once
  • Deline the thrid party call and keep your current call : Long Press MFB

Earbuds Charging

Earbuds start to charge only when you put the earbuds into the charging slot with right way.(You can charge the charging case and earbuds at the same time, or you can charge charging case first then to charge the earbuds

  1. When being charged, Earbuds’ LED light will illuminate white.
  2. When fully charged, the charging case will automatically stop charging and the earbuds’ LED white light will go off.

White light means “earbuds are in charging”.
White light off means “Fully Charged”

Charging Warning

  1. After using a period of time, the earbuds don’t charge or even can’t turn on because of oxidized magnet connector. You can handle this problem by using alcohol rag to clean the magnet connector on earbuds and charging case.
  2. Earbuds can automatically turn off immediately, meanwhile start charging when you put back into charging case. Also they will automatically turn on and pair when being picked up.

How to check remaining battery percentage of the earbuds?

Windows 10

  • Step 1: Open Settngs, then press “Window Key + and click on the Device
  • Step 2: Go to the left-pane menu and click the * Bluetooth & other device”
  • Step 3: Under “Mouse, keyboard, open”, you will see a battery percentage indicator on the right side.

Mac

Option 1

  • Step 1 : Click the Apple icon and then “System Preferences” from the menu bar.
  • Step 2 : Select “Bluetooth.”
  • Step 3 : Mark the checkbox for “Show Bluetooth” in menu bar.
  • Step 4 : To check battery levels, click the “Bluetooth” button from the menu bar. Select your device and the pop-out menu will display the battery level.

Option 2: other devices (E.G. MAGIC KEYBOARD)

  • Step 1 : Click Apple icon> System Preferences from the menu bar.
  • Step 2 : Select the Keyboard.
  • Step 3 : At the bottorn of the window, you’ ll see the Keyboard battery level.

Android Phone

  • Step 1 : Pair and connect a Bluetooth device to your Android phone.
  • Step 2 : Open up the Settngs app and go to “Connect Devices.”
  • Step 3: Tap on the word “Bluetooth” (not the switch next to it) and you will see complete list of all connected devices and their battery level.

Compatible Bluetooth Devices on iOS Phone

  • Step 1 : Open the Bluetooth function of your phone and pair your Bluetooth device.
  • Step 2 : Open the “Today View” Setings and click the “Edit” button.
  • Step 3 : Once in the “Add Widgets” menu, tap the green plus (+) icon next to the “Batteries” widget under “More Widgets.”
  • Step 4 : Then you can check the battery using situation on “Today” view.

Type-C USB charging

There is a Type-C usb charging cable in the package, please use it to charge the case directly. During Charging, the digital display will flashing and display battery in real time. After full charge, the number is displayed as 100.

Wireless Charging

Easy to charge your charging case without cables, just put your charging case on the wireless charging pad.
If the charging case doesn’t start to charge, please try to reposition it. (Wireless Charging Pad Not Included)

Safety Instruction

  1. Using earphones at high to moderate volumes for extended periods of time will result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised you keep volume levels moderate to low at times for your safety.
  2. Do not use earbuds while drivinga car, cycling, operating machinery, or performing other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds.
  3. Do not use earphone in thunderstorm weather, the earphone may not work properly in the condition, and increase the risk of being hit by lightning.
  4. Earphones may not work properly under high temperature or high humidity conditions. Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the earphone.
  5. lf the earphone comes in contact with liquids, quickly wipe it away.
  6. lf submerged in water, do not turn the earphone on until com- pletely dried. (Tips: liquid submersion voids the warranty.)
  7. Keep the earphone and packaging out of reach of children.
  8. Please use the original charging cable provided by the earph- one manufacturer for charging or choosing Type-C cable.

Storage and Maintenance

  1. If the earbuds have been unused for more than 3 months, we recommend that you charge them.
  2. Please use chargers that are FCC(Federal Communications Commission) approved.
  3. Do not disassemble Earbuds.
  4. Adult supervision is required for children age 6 and under.
  5. Do not expose the earbuds in high or low temperatures, do not use the earbuds in a thunderstorm storm. Avoid falling or violent impact of the device. Keep the device away from fire, do not put the device in water.
  6. Do not use oil or any volatile liquid to clean this product.

FAQ

Why the Earbud’s Volume is too low ? Even if i have adjusted the earbud’s volume to the MAX? And I have tested iPhone and Android Phones. iPhone can do it, Android can’t, Why ?

Yes, Android can’t do it. Because iPhone and Android are different system protocols, the iPhone system can overcome this, but Android can’t be consistent. If you are using Android phone, you have double-clicked the “R” Earbud button to increase volume to the maximum, you still think the volume is a little low, you can try to adjust the volume by your phone. Hope this answer will solve your confusion.

Why is there only one earbud with sound after connecting, or both earbuds can’t connect with each other when take out of the charging case?

For these 2 issues, you need to reset the twins earbuds. The detail process follows:

  1. Before using, please make sure the Earbuds are fully charged. Then forget all Bluetooth devices on your phone Bluetooth menu and turn of the Bluetooth of all your mobile phones.
  2. Take out of the twins earbuds from the Charging case at the same time, waiting for a while, if only one earbud flashes white light, It means the twins earbuds pair with each other successfully.
  3. Open the Bluetooth of your mobile phone, search “K23″ to connect, both earbuds will have the prompt” connected’: Then both earbuds will have music sound.

Why do my Bluetooth earbuds keep cutting in and out?

There could be a few things that are causing the problem.

For example:

  1. low battery When the battery for your earbud is in low battery status, it’s going to cause more disconnections. Keeping it fully charged will prevent many of these issues with cutting out. You just need to charge it up.
  2. beyond Bluetooth distance If you have too much distance between your Bluetooth headphones and the device you’ve connected it with, your connection can easily drop. Please not let the distance between the earbuds and your mobile phone be more than 33 feet( without obstacle).
