Introduction

The Digital Power Display and Wireless Charging on the OKEEFE Bluetooth Headphones make it easy to see when it’s time to charge. It boasts HD Stereo Audio and One-Button Control, allowing you to get the most out of it. It’s also IPX5 water-resistant, so you can wear it when working out without worrying about it becoming wet. Digital Power Display and Wireless Charging. The charging case’s dual digital power display makes it easy to see how much power is left in the case, and you’ll know exactly how much power is left in the earphones when you put them in the charging case. The charging case is compatible with both wireless charging and USB C charging. To charge the case, simply set it on the wireless charging pad (not included) or plug in the USB C cable (included). When you charge the charging case, the amount of digital power displays flashes.

Pairing (Stereo Mode)

(Prior to first use – Please be sure both the Earbuds and the Charging Case are fully charged.)

• Step 1 – Open the charging case and then take both earbuds out from the charging case. ( The twin earbuds can be automatically powered on and enter pairing mode while taking them out.)
• Step 2 – Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone, search and choose”K23″ to connect. I There should be a voice prompt” connected” from both earbuds if you wear them. ] At dual ear mode, if you only want to use one earbud for music or call, just put another earbud into the charging case.

Automatically re-connection
The last paired device will reconnect the earbuds by default after the first successful connection.

Note
If earbuds are not connected with your device during3mins, they will “Power Off”, just place both earbuds into the case and take out or press MFB for 3s to power on again.

Pairing (Mono Mode)

Setting Methods As Below:

• Step 1 : Take just one earbud out from the charging case
• Step 2 : Turn on the BlueTooth of your device and choose”K23″, then the earbud will connect with our device successfully.

Factory Restore Setting

Earbuds need to be reset in the following issues

1.  Only one earbud plays music
2.  Both earbuds can not work together.
3.  occur connection issues.

Follow the Steps Below To Reset your Earbuds

• Step 1: Deactivate the Bluetooth setting of all devices nearby the earbuds.
• Step 2: Pick up two earbuds from the charging case, the earbuds will power on automatically.
• Step 3: Turn off both earbuds manually.
• Step 4: Long-press 10 seconds on the button of one earbud until the earbud led indicator flashes 5 times quickly (f you wear the earbud, you will hear the voice prompt “power on> di di di>power off”), then the earbud will power off, that means resetting finished.
• Step 5: Repeat step 4 to reset another earbud.

Note
After resetting. the pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices will be cleared. In case there is any unsuccessful message in your devices, please consider deleting the historical record of K23, and try the pairing process again.

Power On / Power Off

Power On

• Auto Power On Take out the earbuds from the charging case, the earbuds will automatically power on and start pairing.
• Manual Power On: If the earbuds are not in the charging case press and hold each earbud for 3 seconds.

Power Off

• Auto Power Off : Put the earbuds back into the charging case, the earbuds will automatically power off and enter charging mode.
• Manual Power Off : Press and hold each earbud for 5 seconds

(Note: When playing music you need to pause first, then you can long-press 5s to turn the earbud off)

How to wear the earbuds correctly?
Take out “R earbud” to wear on the right ear.

The ear hooks are adjustable, you can bend it to fit your ears tighter if in need.

Earbuds Charging

Earbuds start to charge only when you put the earbuds into the charging slot with right way.(You can charge the charging case and earbuds at the same time, or you can charge charging case first then to charge the earbuds.

1.  When earbuds are being charged, Earbuds’ LED light will illuminate white.
2.  When earbuds are fully charged, the charging case will automatically stop charging earbuds and the earbuds’ LED white light will go off. White light on means “earbuds are in charging”. White light off means “Fully Charged”

Charging Warning

1. After using a period of time, the earbuds don’t charge or even can’t turn on because of oxidized magnet connector. You can handle this problem by using alcohol rag to dean the magnet connector on earbuds and charging case.
2. Earbuds can automatically turn off immediately, meanwhile start charging when you put back into charging case. Also they will automatically turn on and pair when being picked up.

How to check remaining battery percentage of the earbuds?

Windows 10

• Step 1: Open Settngs, then press “Window Key +” and click on the “Device”
• Step 2: Go to the left-pane menu and click the “Bluetooth & other device”
• Step 3: Under “Mouse, keyboard, open”, you will see a battery percentage indicator on the right side.

Mac

Option 1

• Step 1: Click the Apple icon and then “System Preferences” from the menu bar.
• Step 2: Select “Bluetooth.”
• Step 3: Mark the checkbox for “Show Bluetooth” in menu bar.
• Step 4: To check battery levels, click the “Bluetooth'” button from the menu bar. Select your device and the pop-out menu will display the hattery leyel.

Option 2: other devices (E.G. MAGIC KEYBOARD)

• Step 1: Click Apple icon> System Preferences from the menu bar.
• Step 2: Select the Keyboard.
• Step 3: At the bottorn of the window, you’ ll see the Keyboard battery level.

Android Phone

• Step 1: Pair and connect a Bluetooth device to your Android phone.
• Step 2: Open up the Settngs app and go to “Connect Devices.
• Step 3: Tap on the word “Bluetooth” (not the switch next to it) and you will see complete list of all connected devices and their battery level.

• Step 1:Open the Bluetooth function of your phone and pair your Bluetooth device.
• Step 2: Open the “Today View Setings and click the “Edit” button.
• Step 3: Once in the “Add Widgets” menu, tap the green plus (+) icon next to the “Batteries” widget under “More Widgets.”
• Step 4: Then you can check the battery using situation on “Today” view.

Type-C USB charging
There is a Type-C usb charging cable in the package, please use it to charge the case directly During Charging the digital display will flashing and display battery in real time.After full charge, the number is displayed as 100.

Wireless Charging
Easy to charge your charging case without cables, just put your charging case on the wireless charging pad. If the charging case doesn’t start to charge, please try toreposition it. (Wireless Charging Pad Not Included)

Safety Instruction

• 1. Using earphones at high to moderate volumes for extended periods of time will result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised you keep volume levels moderate to low at times for your safety.
• Do not use earbuds while driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or performing other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds.
• Do not use earphone in thunderstorm weather, the earphone may not work properly in the condition, and increase the risk of being hit by lightning.
• Earphones may not work properly under high temperature or high humidity conditions. Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the earphone.
• If the earphone comes in contact with liquids, quickly wipe it away.
• If submerged in water, do not turn the earphone on until com- pletely dried. (Tips: liquid submersion voids the warranty.)
• Keep the earphone and packaging out of reach of children.

Storage and Maintenance

1. If the earbuds have been unused for more than 3 months, we recommend that you charge them.
2. Please use chargers that are FCC(Federal Communications Commission) approved.
3. Do not disassemble Earbuds.
4. Adult supervision is required for children age 6 and under.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Why the Earbuds Volume is too low ? Even if i have adjusted the earbuds volume to the MAX? And I have tested iPhone and Android Phones. iPhone can do it, Android can’t, Why?
  A: Yes, Android can’t do it. Because iPhone and Android are difterentsystem protocol, iPhone system can over come this, but Android can’t be consistent. If you are using Android phone,you have double-clicked the”R” Earbud button to increase volume to the maximum.you still think the volume is a little low, you can try to adjust the volume by your phone. Hope this answer will solve your confusion.

• How can I connect each earbud to different devices at the same time?
  Step 1: Just make sure two earbuds are over 10 meters apart betore connecting them to your two different devices.
  Step 2: Pair one earbud with the your first device. Then pair the other earbud with the second device at a distance of 10Om from first earbud.
  After the connection are successful,even if the two earbuds are close together, they will not interfere with each other.

• Why do my bluetooth earbuds keep cutting in and out?
  There could be a few things that are causing the problem.
  For example
  low battery
  When the battery for your earbud is in low battery status, it’s going to cause more disconnections. Keeping it fully charged will prevent many of these issues with cutting out. You just need to charge it up. beyond bluetooth distance If you have too much distance between your Bluetooth headphones and the device you’ve connected it with,your connection can easily drop. Please not let the distance between the earbuds and your mobile phone more than 33 feet (without obstacle.

• Can you use one at a time and are they good for calls ?
  Yes, I use just one. So far they are great for phone calls.

• How do you enable or disable noise cancelling?
  Remove them from your ears. Put them back in.

• Right side will not turn off and stuck in mono mode
  Erase the buds from your phone and pair them again.

• Can the two earbuds (together) stay connected to two devices (cell and laptop) and can switch without manually disconnecting one and repair the other?
  Not that I am aware of. I have had to ignore the earbuds on my phone, then connect them to my iPad. It would have been nice though.

• Does these ear buds announce the phone number or the name of the person calling?
  For me, an Android phone user it announces ” incoming call”. Hope this helps.

• Can you hear your phone ring through earbuds?
  Yes. It rings. If you are listening music and you receive a call the music stop and you can hear your personalized ring. If you accept the call you are able to hear the caller. If you reject the call the music restart.

• when I plugged in to charge the numbers starting going down, from 94-87%. Is this normal?
  Hmm, I am guessing it recalibrated. I would see if the numbers begin to go up. If not, contact the seller.
