START-UP / FACTORY SETTINGS
In case of technical issues, reset the earphones to factory settings as follows
- Disconnect and remove the earphones from all paired devices.
- Place both earphones in the charging box for at least 5 seconds.
- Remove both earphones from the charging box and press both multifunction buttons five times in quick succession.
- A successfully factory reset is announced by a sound.
- You can now turn on Bluetooth mode on your device and connect to the ear- phones.
