Introduction

In order for each lamp to provide a calming amber glow, we manually choose each salt crystal for the optimum color, shape, and clarity. Our salt lamp has a simple touch-controlled dimmer switch that makes it simple to change the brightness. The stunning, uniquely created glass vase and frame were made to highlight the natural crystals while enhancing your interior décor. To safeguard the premium glass housing and stainless-steel base, each Viéra salt lamp is delivered vacuum-sealed and encased in PE foam. It can be given as a gift to family, friends, and coworkers thanks to the attractive box.

FAQs

Does the plastic get hot or just the rocks?

It does get warm, but because of the distance from the bulb it doesn’t get hot. The rocks in the middle do get hot if you leave it on all the time, and they need to get hot for you to have the benefit.

Why won’t Mine work?

In what way is it not working. If you don’t have an orange glow then it isn’t working. If check the bulb and the cords for the problem. If you have the glow it’s working. All else fails send it back and get a replacement. Call amazon.

is there a way to lock the switch in an on position? I wanted to use a smart plug to let Alexa turn it on and off. it currently can’t.

No, it’s not a standard on/off switch so you can’t.

How long should you keep this lamp on in the run of a day? I have not seen that in any of the information.

I leave mine on 24 hours a day. That is just my preference. I’ve been told the stone needs to be warm to get the benefits.

What happens if I place an order and mine melts the plastic?

I’ve never had any kind of issue with any melting of any sort. Mine is on around 9 hours a day.

Does the touch-controlled dimmer easy to operate? I am afraid I am not able to handle it

Very easy to use, slide finger to the right to turn on, slide to the left to turn off. If it’s on hold finger in the middle and it will adjust brightness/darkness.

Can I remove rocks and put spheres in?

Yes, the rocks are individual and can be removed.

Mine has developed a short is there a way to replace bottom mechanics?

I would suggest that you contact the company.

How long is the power cord?

The power cord is about six feet long.

How big is the lamp?

10 x 10 x 6.5 inches.

Can you use essential oil on the salt rocks?

No, you cannot.

Does the 8″ include the base or is it the height of just the stone?

Includes the base, it is attached to the stone.

Can this be plug-in in a 220v?

No, it says in the description 120v.

I’d like to use this as a reading lamp. Will it be bright enough, or is its super dim?

It will be a strain on your eyes mostly because of the adjustment your eyes have to do between light shifts. I wouldn’t suggest this as a reading lamp.

Can u add essential oils for use it as a natural diffuser?

Absolutely not designed for use with essential oils.
