ReliOn mySugr App
The convenience of connection
Connect your ReliOn Platinum meter to the mySugr App to automatically import data .

Using your smartphone, scan the QR code to download the mySugr App from the App Store or Google Play and create your mySugr account.

Turn on Bluetooth® on your smartphone (if it’s not on already).

Open the mySugr App, and select Connections on the menu. Select ReliOn Platinum, then Connect Now. Follow the step-by-step directions for connecting.

Turn on your meter, and go into Settings. Select Wireless, then Pairing, then Pair Device and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new wireless connection.

Watch for a pairing notification on your smartphone – via pop-up message or the notification center. Enter the meter code into your smartphone .

You’ll then receive a message that your meter is successfully connected to the mySugr App.

Return to the mySugr App home screen. On your meter, tap My Data then Data Transfer and Wireless to automatically import data into mySugr.
Now you can easily keep your diabetes under control!
