- Some smartphones especially those that are not tested or approved by the manufacturer, may be incompatible with your meter.
- Descriptions are based on the default settings of the meter and smartphones.

- Please read the meter’s user manual before using the device to ensure safe and proper use.
Tips for Using Bluetooth®
- smartphone, place the devices close to each other.
- Ensure that your meter and the other Bluetooth® device are within the connection range 32 feet (10 meters).
- Ensure that there are no obstacles between your meter and smartphone. If there are obstacles between the devices, the operating distance may be reduced.
Pairing your Meter with the Compatible Mobile App

Open the app on your mobile device (such as a smartphone).

Ensure that your meter and the mobile device are within the connection range of 32 feet (10 meters).

Initiate your meter’s Bluetooth® pairing mode by one of the following two methods:
a. Take a blood glucose reading. When you are finished taking the reading, remove the strip which will automatically place your meter into Bluetooth® pairing mode…or,
b. Press and hold down your meter’s right arrow button for 3 seconds. This will place your meter into Bluetooth®
pairing mode. -
The Bluetooth® icon will blink, indicating your meter is in Bluetooth® pairing mode.

Follow the pairing instructions of the app on the mobile device that you are pairing with your meter.
