How-To Directions

  1. Unscrew the Tip off the tube.
  2. With 1/8” bit drill a hole straight into the top of tube nub to open the tube.
  3. Screw Black Adaptor onto the tube. Remove Resealable Cap for future use if needed.
  4. Screw down the 14-gauge needle onto the adaptor.
  5. Using the included 2.5mm diamond drill bit; drill 2-3 holes into the grout lines closest to the problem area.
  6. Vacuum out any debris.
  7. Using our recommended caulk gun; a 10:1 thrust ratio, it’s very important to squeeze gently on the trigger allowing for minimum of an 8-10 second stoke each time. If you move too fast or press down too hard with the gun, adhesive can escape out the back of the tube; so nice and slow. No Rush!
  8. After filling holes, tap on tiles they will usually sound solid ensuring the void has been filled.
  9. Place weighted object on top of tiles and allow to dry for 24 hrs.
  10. Then fill holes with matching grout. Your floor is Fixed with Fix-A-Floor
