How to use the control panel

Reminder:
Please initialize this cart before a TV/Display is mounted on.
After a current o f 100~240V is switched on, press button R for two seconds,
the cart starts the process of initialization, the cart can be used properly
only after 1200 displayed on the control panel.
Height Adjustment| Columns run upwards when button is pressed and down wards
when button is pressed.

Memory Setting| Press button to switch the function of memory setting or
distance setting. When “M” is lightened, memory setting can be operated. Press
or to your desired height, and press button “S” for two seconds, when
“S–“flashes, you can press either button 1, 2, 3 , and the height setting is
done. Press the number button for two seconds, the preset height is active to
use.
Interval Setting| Press button , when is lightened, distance setting can be
operated. Press button “S” for two seconds, when “S-up” flashes on the control
panel, press to the upper limit. Press button for two seconds to confirm this
top height. When “S-dn” flashes, press to the lower limit. Press button for
two seconds to confirm this bottom height.(If the interval is less than 50mm,
or the upper and lower position are set upside down, “SErr” will be displayed
to remind you setting invalid. Please re-set it)
Child Lock| Press “ ” for two seconds , all the keys become invalid. To resume
the function , please press “ ” for two more seconds. Please enable child lock
after you adjust the productto your desired height, to avoid any potential
accidents by unaware touch on control keys.
Initialization| Press button R for two seconds, initialization is active and
will complete after 1200 displayed on the control panel.

Pay attention when use
- Make sure TV weight within 135kg;
- Make sure TV mounted in the middle, avoiding any damage or loss caused by uneven loading weight.
- Cart shall be free of knock when operation.
- Electric wire should be long enough when moving cart up, avoiding any damage to the wires by over-stretching, i n case of accidents like creepage or electric shock.
- Do not locate cart on inclined or uneven surface, avoiding any damage or loss caused by cart tipping over.
- Unlock the caster brakes before moving cart. Push and move cart slowly to the specific location. Must lock the caster brakes after move!
- No use of worn-out wires.
- Pull out the power plug from socket by holding plug head. It is strictly forbidden t o drag wires.
- The maximum load parameter of the power adapter is 29V/6A, The continuous working time of the product can not exceed 3 minutes.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 16 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance i n a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. If the supply cord is damaged, i t must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Troubleshooting
Guidance on Malfunction Code:
When cart works abnormally, there will be a malfunction code flashing on the
control panel, indicating you the possible problem. Please take action advised
below to solve the problem.
Code | Problem | Action |
---|---|---|
E01 | Left electric motor unconnected | Check and make sure the left electric |
motor is well connected with the control wire.
E02| Right electric motor unconnected| Check and make sure the right electric
motor is well connected with the control wire.
E03| Over current in Left electric motor| Over-weight on left side. Locate TV
to the middle.
E04| Over current in Right electric motor| Over-weight on right side. Locate
TV to the middle.
E05| Over current in Main electric motor| Over-weight on cart. Make sure all
weight loaded on cart within capacity.
E06| Electric motor overheat| Operate too long period of time. The motor will
be enforced to cool down after 3 minutes continuous work, and it cools after
15 minutes.
E08| Out of balance| At least 4mm height difference between two columns when
they slide.Restore factory settings

Multibrackets warrants its products to be free of defects in material and
workmanship for the product’s Warranty Period. The Warranty Period commences
on the original purchase date of the product.
All Multibrackets products are covered by a limited product warranty:
- FIVE (5) years for metal video monitor mounts; all racks and non-electrical rack accessories
- TWO (2) years for gaslifts and sit-stand workstations
- ONE (1) year for all motorized and/or automated products, plastic speaker mounts; all speaker stands; all furniture; all wood (MDF) accessories
For warranty claims made during the Warranty Period, MULTI-BRACKETS will
replace any defective product part free of charge. Should a part on your
Multibrackets product fail, please create an RMA case on
www.multibrackets.com/support to
make a warranty claim. We will await your documentation and then discuss the
problem with you and once we confirm the product is under war-ranty, we will
ship replacement parts to you.
This Limited Warranty does not cover the costs of removing and replacing
defective parts from your Multibrackets product. So, if your problem requires
a repair technician, you must pay any labor charges. This Limited Warranty
extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is automatically
void if your Multibrackets product is modified in any way, improperly
installed, taxed beyond its stated weight capacity or otherwise misused or
abused. All Multibrackets products are intended for indoor use only and any
outdoor use voids this Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty for wall and
ceiling mounts is void if the mount is moved from its initial installation. To
the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Multibrackets disclaims any
other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a
particular purpose and war-ranties of merchantability. Multibrackets will not
be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to
use its products, even if Multibrackets has been advised of the possibility of
such damages To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Multibrackets
disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages.
