Before using your new product, please read these instructions to prevent any damage.

SAFETY INFORMATION
- Make sure that there is no extreme pressure put on this product.
- Don’t dismantle this product.
- This product should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators and heaters.
- Keep this product dry and avoid any contact with damp or wet areas.
- Never lift the PS5 by holding the USB hub. Always lift the PS5 by holding the console itself.
SETTING UP YOUR USB PORT EXPANDER
- To fully secure the USB port expander to the PS5, peel off the film that is on bottom of the mounting pad.
- Plug the USB port expander into the two USB ports on the front of the PS5.
- Turn on your PS5. The power indicator on the USB port expander turns white, indicating it is working correctly.

TROUBLESHOOTING
- All three USB-A ports support USB 2.0 High-speed standard (480 Mbps) but only as single-lane USB x1 connections.
- Please do not connect external storage drive on the USB-A ports, only USB-C pass-thru port support gaming features on external storage drive.
- PS5 does not support all kinds of external storage drive, also two or more USB external storage drives can’t be connected at the same time, for more details and instruction please refer to the PS5 product manual.
