Tekelek FM-5051-02 Cellular Logger Device
Purpose
This instruction defines the guidelines in opening and closing Tekelek GSM & LTE Logger devices for battery replacement.
References:
O-Ring: 82,50 x 2,20 Silicone Rusty Red O-Ring (30 Shore)
Guidelines
Remove void if removed sticker from base of unit.
Untighten and remove 2 HEX screws.
Separate top and bottom plastics.
Slide SIM card door backward towards hinges and lift door to open SIM card
holder. Remove existing SIM card if applicable. Slide new SIM card into holder
observing polarity, close door and slide forward to secure SIM card. 
- Where necessary, remove old O-ring and replace with a new O-ring.
- Ensure O-ring is seated correctly.
- Mate top and bottom plastics and secure using 2 HEX screws torqued to 2Nm.
