Product Information

The Redemption ANC is a wireless earbud that comes with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology. The device has a rechargeable battery that is designed to last the lifetime of the product. The ANC control is available only on the left earbud. The device complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set for an uncontrolled environment. It also meets the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 2014/53/EU.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Read the quick start guide before using the Redemption ANC earbuds.
2. Select the Redemption ANC L or Redemption ANC R earbud.
3. Tap the earbud twice to play/pause music or answer/end calls.
4. Tap the earbud three times to skip to the next track or reject an incoming call.
5. Tap the earbud twice and hold on the second tap for two seconds to activate voice assistant.
6. Tap the earbud three times and hold on the third tap for six seconds to turn on/off ANC.
7. Tap the earbud three times and hold on the third tap for six seconds to turn on/off Ambience Mode.
8. The ANC is off by default when powered on, and it can be controlled only on the left earbud.
9. The device has four ANC modes: ANC off, ANC on, ANC on + Ambience Mode on, and Ambient Mode only.
10. Dispose of batteries at designated collection points and do not throw them in household waste.

2. ANC off by default when powered on
3. ANC control on left earbud only
4. ANC off, tap 3 times to turn ANC on
5. ANC on, tap 3 times to turn AMBIENCE on
6. ANC and AMBIENCE on, tap 3 times to turn ANC and AMBIENCE off

House of Marley, LLC sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. House of Marley, LLC warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers.
To obtain warranty service on your House Of Marley, LLC product, contact a Consumer Relations Representative by telephone at 1-888-251-1076 for assistance. Please sure to have the model number of the product available.
House of Marley, LLC does not authorize anyone, including, but not to, Retailers, the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a Retailer or remote purchasers, to obligate House of Marley, LLC in any way beyond the terms set forth herein. This warranty dæs not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized alteration to the product; improper installation; unauthorized repairs or modifications; use of electrical/ power supply; loss of power; dropped product; malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions; of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; or any other conditions whatsæver that are beyond the control of House of Marley, LLC.
This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product is purchased. THE WARRANTY:
HoMedics Australia Pty Ltd sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship under normal use and service. In the unlikely event that your HoMedics Australia Pty Ltd product proves to be faulty within 2 year from the date of purchase due to workmanship or materials only, we will replace it at our own expense, subject to the terms and conditions of this guarantee.
