Features

Indicates the volume of milk and water
Converts between metric and imperial measurements, for both weight and volume

note: These scales are not government stamped, and as such are unsuitable for use as retail food scales.

To install or replace battery:

1x3V CR2032 lithium battery (included). Remove isolation shee before use.
Open the battery case cover at the bottom of scale:

Take out the used battery with the aid of an appropriate object.
Install new battery by putting one side of the battery beneath the battery baffle and then pressing down the other side.
osition the appliance on a flat, stable surface.
Note: It is important that the appliance is level to ensure accuracy.

Button function

Turn on / Turn off / Zero / Tare
Convert unit systems between Metric and imperial
(Conversion button on the bottom of the appliance)

Mode conversion

Press “ Turn off / Zero to turn on. Wait until LCD
Put a liquid container onto the scale platform. LCD shows the weight of container.
Press “ to reset the reading to “0”.
Press liquid ON/OFF ZERO (water or milk) into the container. LCD shows the volume of the liquid.
Press “ ” to choose “Weight” mode and view the weight of liquid.

“ZERO” or “TARE” function

To weigh different loads consecutively without removing previous loads from the scale:

Put first Load on the scale and get weight reading.
Press “ON/OFF ZERO ” to reset the reading to “0” before adding next load. You can repeat this operation.

Condition 1: “ZERO” function
When total sum of all loads on scale is ≤4% of scale’s maximum weight capacity (4% here means 200g with this scale), LCD will show “—–” or “0 g” each time “ ” is pressed.
“—–” means reading is not stable. Please wait for a moment. “0 g” and meanwhile an icon “O” on the left side of LCD indicate ZERO function is activated.
In this case, maximum weight capacity remains unchanged.

Condition 2: “TARE” function
When total sum of all loads on scale is >4% of scale’s maximum weight capacity (4% here means 200g with this scale), LCD will show “—–” or “0 g”
each time “ON/OFF ZERO ” is pressed.
“—–” means reading is not stable. Please wait for a moment. “0 g” and meanwhile an icon “T” on th left side of LCD indicate TARE function is activated. In this case, maximum weight capacity is reduced by total weight of all loads.

Under this condition

By pressing “ON/OFF ZERO ”, you can see the total weight of all loads on the scale.
To weigh more loads, just press “ ” to reset LCD reading to ‘0’ again.

Shut off

Auto shut-off: Auto shut-off occurs if LCD shows ‘0’ or shows the same weight reading for 2 minutes.

Manual shut-off:
• When showing “0”, press “ON/OFF ZERO ” once to turn off.
• When showing weight reading, press “ON/OFF ZERO ” for 3 seconds to turn off

Warning indicators

****| Low battery.

Replace with new battery.

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance

Clean the case with a damp cloth. Never immerse in water or use chemical/abrasive cleaning agents.
Clean all plastic parts immediately after contact with fats, spices, vinegar and strongly flavoured/coloured foods. Avoid contact with acid citrus juices.
Remove the battery if the unit is not to be used for an extended period of time.

Compliance

Dispose of depleted batteries in accordance with local regulations, within the EC there are nominated disposal points for batteries.
The WEEE logo on this product or its documentation indicates that the product must not be disposed of as household waste. To help prevent possible harm to human health and/or the environment, the product must be disposed of in an approved and environmentally safe recycling process. For further information on how to dispose of this product correctly, contact the product supplier, or the local authority responsible for waste disposal in your area.
