SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this device to other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.
USER MANUAL SYMBOLS
Important information for your safety is specially marked. It is essential to
comply with these instructions in order to avoid accidents and prevent damage
to the machine:

possible injury risks.
CAUTION: This sign refers to possible hazards to the machine or other
objects.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Use the device only for purposes described in the instruction manual.

Do not use the appliance outdoors. Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges.

Do not use the appliance where flammable materials are used.

Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.

WARNING OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! Do not use this device near baths, wash basins or other vessels containing water.

If the hair dryer is used in the bathroom, disconnect it from the mains after use as nearby water presents a hazard. This also applies if the appliance is switched off. To ensure extra protection, the installation of the mains supplying the bathroom is recommended to have a residual current (RCD) system with a switch setting of not more than 30mA.

WARNING: The nozzles become hot during operation!

DANGER OF FIRE! Please ensure that the inlet grille remains free of fluff and hairs.

Do not place any object on the air inlet and the air outlet of the appliance during operation.

Do not set the appliance on any surface while in use. Always turn off the appliance before setting it on any surface.

When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead) if the appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.

Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you leave the room you should always turn the device off. Remove the plug from the socket.

The device and the mains lead have to be checked regularly for signs of damage. If damage is found the device must not be used.

Make sure the power cord is easily accessible at all times.

Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized technician. To avoid the exposure to danger, always have faulty cable be replaced only by the manufacturer, by our customer service or by qualified person and with a cable of the same type.

In order to ensure your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
CAUTION! Do not allow small children to play with the foil as there is a danger of suffocation! -
This appliance may be used by children aged from 8 years up and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge proved they do so under supervision or have been given instructions on how to use the appliance safely and understand the hazards involved.

Children must not play with the appliance.

Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children, unless they are supervised.

WALL MOUNT INSTALLATION
WARNING: Ensure that no electrical cables or water pipes are located at the point in the wall where you want to mount the bracket.
- Measure the distance between the two holes on the bracket and drill two holes at this distance into the wall.
- Mount the bracket with the screws. The washer is provided for the top screw.
- Place the hair dryer into the wall bracket. The dryer must click into place.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
- Before inserting the plug into socket, make sure that the power supply of your appliance (you can find this information on the nameplate) corresponds exactly to the voltage of your electrical installation
- Connect the appliance to a properly installed safety socket.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Select one of the below desired function setting using the function and speed switch:
- Position O: switch off
- Position 1: hot air operation at medium speed at moderate temperature
- Position 2: hot air operation at the highest speed level at high temperature
NOTE: Use the high setting for drying hair and medium setting for styling.
COOL SHOT FUNCTION
With this switch you can stop the heating process. Hold the button at this
position for as long as you need cold air. When the button is released, the
hair dryer will automatically return to hot air mode based on the selected
setting.
SWITCH OFF
After use, select the position “O” and disconnect the mains plug.
NOTE: The wall mounted base has a contact switch. If you hang up the
appliance while operating, it will automatically switch off.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING: Before cleaning remove the mains lead from the socket.

Clean the body of the hair dryer and the wall mounted base with a soft, dry cloth without additives.
CAUTION: Under no circumstances should you immerse the device in water for cleaning purposes. Otherwise this might result in an electric shock or fire.
CAUTION: Do not use a wire brush or any abrasive items. -
Do not use any acidic or abrasive detergents.
STORAGE
- Leave the device to cool before storing! To do so, lay the appliance on one side of its housing. You can also hang it on the wall bracket you mounted earlier.
