Modes
- Transparency Mode: Touch L earbud for 3 seconds.
- ANC On: Touch L earbud for 3 seconds.
- ANC Off: Touch L earbud for 3 seconds.
- Game Mode: Touch R earbud for 3 seconds.
Note: Music mode will be On by default.
To swap between Game mode a nd Music mode, Touch R earbud for 3 seconds.
Smart Power On & Pairing
- Take out both the earbuds from the charging case Or Touch MFC on both the earbuds for 3 seconds.
- Wait for 3- 5 seconds until L & R earbud pair to each other.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone & search “p Tron TWS” to connect with the device.
Smart Power Off
Touch MFC on both the earbuds for 3 seconds Or Keep both the earbuds into the charging case.
Connectivity Bluetooth – Automatic
Just turn on the Bluetooth earbuds. They will automatically connect to the last connected device (Instant wake & pair technology) .
Calling/Music through Mono & Dual Buds
- Mono Bud Use – Just place the right or left earbud bac k into the charging case.
- Dual Buds Use – Use left & right earbuds together.
Voice Assistant Activation
Tap M FC on either earbud 4 times.
Call & Music Functions
- Answer/Hangup a Phone Call: Tap M FC once on either earbud.
- Reject a Phone Call: Touch M FC on either earbud for 2 seconds.
- Music Play /Pause: Tap MFC once on either earbud.
- Next Song: Tap MFC twice on left earbud.
- Previous Song: Tap MFC twice on right earbud.
- Volume Up: Tap MFC thrice on left earbud.
- Volume Down: Tap MFC thrice on right earbud.
Charging the Earbuds
- Place both the earbuds into the c harging case properly. The earbuds will power off automatically when placed into the case.
- The Red LED indicator is permanently ON d uring charging.
- When earbuds are fully charged, the Blue LED indicator will turn ON & it will turn OFF in few seconds.
Charging the Case
- Connect the Type-C end to the charging case and the USB end to a 5V power source.2. The digital display will show the battery % charged.
- When earbuds are fully charged, the Blue LED indicator will turn ON & it will turn O FF in few seconds.
Caution
Using incompatible USB cable or high voltage chargers can damage the product &
void the product warranty.
We strongly recommend using DC5V-l A chargers & the USB cable included in the
package.
Troubleshooting
Scenario 1: One Earbud is Not Working
- Place both the earbuds into the charging case.
- Take out both the earbuds together from the c harging case.
- Wait for 3-5 seconds, both the earbuds will pair to each other.
- Turn ON the Bluetooth function on your phone, search for “pTron TWS” & connect.
Troubleshooting Scenario 2: Earbuds Not Connecting/Scanning
- Place both the earbuds into the charging case.
- Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case.
- Unpair “pTron TWS” from your p hone’s Bluetooth settings.
- Restart your Bluetooth device or phone.
- Now, search for “pTron TWS” on your Bluetooth device & connect.
Troubleshooting Scenario 3: Earbuds Disconnecting During aPhone Call
- Charge earbuds 100% before use.
- Restart the earbuds and reconnect with your device.
