C – USING THE COOKER
Additional instructions
Never use your equipment at a distance of less than 20 cm from a wall or
combustible object. Position the equipment on a stable, horizontal surface and
do not move when in use so as to avoid the appearance of large flames
resulting from the combustion of liquid butane rather than vaporised butane.
Should this occur, position the equipment and turn the tap off. Set the stove
at low power when using flat metallic utensils such as a toaster or a rack for
toasting bread.
Never use your equipment without having first assembled the feet.
Lighting the burner (fig. 4)
– Turn on the gas by turning wheel (4) fully clockwise.
– Press button (4) immediately after turning on the gas, several times if
necessary.
Cooking: Place the pan on the supports, centred over the burner, and regulate
the flow of gas (see fig. 2) so that the flames do not go up the pan.

When cooking is finished: switch off the gas by turning the knob (4) fully
clockwise (arrow direction “-”). Removing the feet
Once your equipment has cooled down completely: Remove the cartridge (see
paragraph “D – Removing the cartridge”).

D – REMOVING THE CARTRIDGE (fig. 5)
The cartridge may be removed, even if it is not empty. Replace the cartridge
outside and away from other people.

lever (4) clockwise until the valve is closed (arrow direction “-”).

remove it.
Never dispose of a cartridge until you are sure it is empty (shake the
cartridge and listen for the sound of liquid).
E – STORAGE AND TROUBLESHOOTING
In case of burn back (ignition under the burner cap) switch the product off,
allow it to cool down (approximately five minutes), then reignite the
appliance. If the problem of burn back persists, then please contact your
local Campingaz® representative.
Once your equipment has fully cooled
– Store the equipment and the cartridge in a cool, dry and well-ventilated
area, out of reach of children. Never store in a basement or cellar.
– In the case of the injector becoming clogged (the cartridge still contains
gas but the equipment will not light), do not try to unclog it yourself.
Return the equipment to your retailer. – If you use this equipment indoors,
the area must observe elementary ventilation conditions enabling the supply of
