Introduction

It has Waterproof probe sensor with high precision; operating temperature range: -58 to 248°F. Setting the compressor delay protection time and calibrating the temperature. A heating and cooling device can be controlled by the professional dual digital outlet’s thermostat controller. Real-time temperature and a preset temperature can both be shown in a dual display window at once. °C/°F display support Simply adjust the temperature probe, connect the controller, and select the desired temperature using the 3-button interface. Easy to mount on the wall thanks to the two keyholes on the back.

Overload protection is included with this thermostat controller. When the temperature exceeds your intended temperature, high and low temperature alerts are accessible. To maintain your varied settings in the best possible conditions, you can use an iPower thermostat controller for seedling germination, rooting, brewing, heating, fermentation, reptiles, and more.

MAIN FEATURES

  • Simple plug-and-play architecture;
  • a dual relay output that can simultaneously connect to both heating and cooling equipment;
  • Facilitate reading by using the Celsius or Fahrenheit unit;
  • 1200W (110V) and 2200W (220V) are the maximum output loads;
  • a dual display window that may simultaneously show the set temperature and the measured temperature;
  • Temp calibration; protection against compressor delays for refrigeration control;
  • There are temperature alarms for high and low: Sensor failure and over-temperature alarm;
  • To protect the temperature controller from abrupt changes, the heating/cooling differential function could be set separately for refrigeration and heating.

BUTTON INSTRUCTIONS

  • PROCESS VALUE PV: Display the current temperature while in running mode, and the menu code while in setup mode.
  • SETTING VALUE (SV): Display the setting temperature under running mode and the setting code under setting mode.
  • Start heating when the heating indicator light is on.
  • Start refrigeration when the cooling indicator light is on; if it is flickering, the compressor is protected from delay.
  • Press the SET key three times to access the menu for function setting. Press the SET key for 3 seconds to end the setup procedure and preserve your settings.
  • When in operating mode, hit the INCREASE key to check the HD value. When in setup mode, press the INCREASE key to raise the value.
  • DECRESE key: press it to increase value when in setting mode or to inquire about the CD value while in running mode.
  • This plug is for the output of heating devices.
  • This socket is for the refrigeration output of cooling devices.
  • Detailed Function Description
  • Alarm High / Low Limit Setting (AH, AL)
  • A buzzer will sound an alarm when the measured temperature is higher than AH or equal to AH, and it will continue to do so until the temperature falls below AH or a key is pressed. Alarm High Limit (AH)
  • When the measured temperature falls below or equals AL, a buzzer will sound an alarm with the tone “bi-bi-Bii” until the temperature rises above AL or any key is depressed. Alarm Low Limit (AL)

COMPRESSOR DELAY (PT)

  • After turning on the power while in refrigeration mode, if the detected temperature is higher than the sum of the setting temperature (TS) and cooling differential (CD), the equipment won’t begin chilling right away but will instead wait for a delay time.
  • The equipment will immediately begin refrigeration when the gap between two refrigeration operations is greater than the predetermined delay.
  • The equipment won’t start refrigeration until the preset delay is satisfied if the time between two refrigeration cycles is less than the preset delay.
  • The delay time will be computed immediately after the refrigeration stops.

HOW TO SETUP

  • Press and hold the “SET” button for three seconds to access the temperature selection mode and modify the temperature setting.
  • Press and hold the “Down” button for 3 seconds to display the temperature in degrees Celsius; press and hold the “UP” button for 3 seconds to display the temperature in Fahrenheit.

FAQs

Why do room heating applications often use on/off controls?****

In procedures where the temperature change is very gradual and precise temperature control is not required, on/off controls are frequently employed.

What setting should the thermostat be at?****

While you’re awake at home, Energy.gov advises keeping the thermostat at 68 degrees, but lowering it while you’re sleeping or gone. Your annual heating costs can be cut by as much as 10% by lowering the thermostat by 7 to 10 degrees for eight hours each day.

What temperature setting on the thermostat produces the greatest heat?****

When you’re at home, ENERGY STAR recommends setting your thermostat to 68 degrees Fahrenheit for the best combination of comfort and energy efficiency.

Why do room heating applications often use on/off controls?****

In procedures where the temperature change is very gradual and precise temperature control is not required, on/off controls are frequently employed.

What degree of cold is too much for a house?****

The World Health Organization (WHO) suggests setting the thermostat to at least 64°F inside (you can lower it to 62°F at night if you truly want to cut your heating costs).

Is 75 degrees warm enough in the winter?****

Usually, our bodies respond best to air temperatures between 74 and 76 degrees inside our homes. So, 75 degrees is a safe setting.

Why does my 73-degree house seem cold?****

An outdated air filter, a broken furnace, inadequate insulation, or leaky ductwork could all be the cause of your home’s coldness. Simple fixes, like changing an air filter, are usually not too difficult to accomplish.

How much time should it take to warm a home by two degrees?****

It should typically take an hour to raise the inside temperature by one degree after turning on your furnace. Then, it takes 45 minutes each degree.

Is keeping your thermostat at one setting less expensive?****

In order to maintain the desired temperature in your home, your HVAC system must typically operate nonstop.
