BoomToneDJ BOOMASTER800 Powered Speaker
INSTRUCTION
Please read the manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol, within an equilateral Triangle, is intended to alert the user to the presence of not insulated dangerous voltages within the product’s enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock to persons.
The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of impor- tant operating and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying the appliance.
CAUTION:

Do not place any recipients filled with liquids, such as glasses or vases, on top of or directly next to the appliance. They could fall over, causing water to enter the appliance. Never pour out liquids over the appliance. Do not place small objects, such as coins or paper clips, on the appliance since they could fall inside the appliance and cause fire or a shock hazard! If any liquid or objects enter the appliance, pull immediately the mains plug out of the socket and contact a specialist.

Please unplug the adaptor and switch the unit off if you don’t use it for a long time, to avoid damage due to voltage surges.

If the battery compartment doesn’t close properly, stop using the product and keep it out of the reach of children. The supplied remote control contains a battery. In case of ingestion, it might cause serious internal burns within only 2 hours that might lead to death. If you are in doubt whether the batteries have been swallowed or introduced into any other part of the body, contact immediately a doctor.

recycling centre. Ask your local authorities or your dealer about the way to
proceed.

REMOTE CONTROL
- Mute: Mute
- MODE button> Select AUX / USB / TF / BLUETOOTH / FM
- REC for recording microphones
- Previous title in USB / TF mode
- Repeat (single / general repeat) in USB / TF mode
- Keys 0-9
- REC play to play the recording
- Increase the volume
- Play / pause (sound is muted in pause mode) in USB / TF / BT mode

- Turn on or off the leds on the speakers
CONTROL PANEL
- MENU to enter the echo and microphone volume adjustment + turn knob (7) to adjust between 00 and 30
- Previous button to go back to the previous song (USB) or radio station.
- Play / Pause button. In radio mode a long press launches a scan of FM radio stations
- Next button to skip to the next song (USB) or radio station.
- MODE to switch between the different inputs (Line, Bluetooth, USB, Radio). In BT mode, a long press of 3 sec. Disconnects the Bluetooth connection with the connected device.
- Priority microphone button. Lower the overall volume when speaking into the microphones
- MULTI VOL to adjust the echo and volume of the microphones.

- Line input (Aux) in 3.5mm jack. To connect a tablet, or any other device equipped with a 3.5mm jack audio output

- 100Hz> to adjust the bass
CHARGING THE BUILT-IN BATTERY
Before first use, charge the device. To do this, connect the supplied 15V-2A adapter to a 220-240VAC mains socket on one side and to the DC15V input on the speaker (13) A red light will then light up on the screen. When the battery is 100% charged this indicator turns green. You can unplug the adapter and use your speaker.
BLUETOOTH OPERATION
- Turn on the unit and press the MODE button (5) on the unit or the remote control to select the BLUETOOTH function “BLUE” and the unit will enter search mode.
- Activate the Bluetooth function on the external device to be synchronized.
- Start the device search. The loudspeaker is known as “BOOMASTER800”.
- Select it and enter the password “0000” if necessary.
- Press the play button on the device on the remote control to start playback.
Select the titles with the NEXT and PREV keys and the Volume with the rotary button, making sure that the volume of the Bluetooth source (mobile, tablet) is active.
TWS MODE
- TWS mode allows you to use 2 BOOMASTER800 speakers in stereo. You need 2 speakers for this.
- Put the 2 speakers in Bluetooth mode. Connect to one of the 2 with the device.
- After the connection is established, press the Play / Pause button twice. The TWS connection will then be established with a specific sound.
- After pairing, one speaker will be the left channel and the other the right channel (Stereo)
- Long pressing the MODE button (5) will cancel the function.
MICROPHONE RECORDING
- In USB / TF reading mode and after inserting a USB key (14):
- Press and hold the REC button on the remote control to start recording microphones to the USB memory stick.
- The current music stops and recording begins when 00:01 is displayed. You can plug in a microphone and record the sound from the microphone. If you plug the USB stick / micro-SD card into this speaker for the first time, the system will create a folder.
- The REC function only records sound from microphones and never sounds from line input or Bluetooth.
- To listen to the recording, press the REC play button on the remote control.
LINE IN MODE
- To use this mode, press the mode button (5) until LINE is displayed on the screen.
- Then connect a compatible device using a mini-jack cable to input (11) and adjust the volume using (8).
USB/TF OPERATION
- Compatible music files: MP3, WMA
- Press the MODE button (5) to switch the audio sources to USB.
- Play / Pause: Press to play, pause and resume play.
- Back / next: During playback, press once to go back to the beginning of the current title or the next title.
USING THE RADIO (FM)
- Press the mode button (5) until FM is displayed on the screen.
- Long press the Play / Pause button to search for radio stations. They will be saved automatically.
- Press the or buttons to select the desired station.
USE OF MICROPHONES
Connect the microphone to the microphone input provided (9) and / or (10). Adjust the volume with the MENU button (1) and (7)
