firmly and lifting, as shown in FIGURE 1.

3. Locate Thermostat:
Place the thermostat in an area indoors with good air
circulation, avoiding installation on an outside wall.
4. Install at Proper Height:
Mount the thermostat approximately 5 feet above the floor for

codes. Feed the wires through the rectangular slots on the
