Product Usage Instructions:

Turn On/Off:

To turn on the Bluetooth headset, press the power button for 2
seconds until the blue light flashes for 2 seconds and you hear
“Power on.” To turn off, long-press the power button for around 5
seconds until the red light flashes 3 times and you hear “Power
off.”

Pairing:

For the first-time pairing, turn on the headset and make sure
the blue light is blinking. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile
device, search for available devices, and select ‘BH919’ from the
list. Once connected, you will hear a prompt “Connected.”
Subsequent connections will be automatic.

Call Functions:

To answer a call, press the power button. To hang up,
short-press the power button. Double-press the power button to
redial the last call. Use the volume buttons for call volume
control.

Music Playback:

Long-press the +/- buttons to skip tracks. Press the power
button to play/pause music. Turn ANC on/off with the dedicated
button.

Charging:

Use the provided Type C cable to charge the headset. The LED
indicator will show the charging status.

Wired Headset Function:

To use as a wired headset, insert a 3.5mm audio cable.
Bluetooth, ANC, volume adjustment, and microphone functions will be
disabled in this mode.

FAQ:

1. Unable to Enter Pairing State:

If the headset cannot be found by your phone during pairing,
ensure it’s not connected to another device. Manually disconnect
any previous connections to initiate pairing.

2. Wired Headset Limitations:

When using the headset with a 3.5mm audio cable, Bluetooth, ANC,
volume control, and microphone functions are disabled.

3. Headset Not Turning On:

If the headset fails to turn on, charge it for at least half an
hour before attempting to power it on again.

4. Connectivity Issues:

If experiencing freezing or disconnection during usage, ensure
there are no obstacles or interference sources within a 10m range
between the headset and your mobile device.

Call:
Answering a call: When income calling enters, press the power button to answer the phone. Hanging up: Short press the power button to hang up the phone. Charging:

Wired headset function:
Whether the headphone has power or no, insert a 3.5mm audio cable can be used as a wired headset. At this time, you are not able to use Bluetooth and ANC function(inserting the audio cable headphone will shut down automatically). Meanwhile, you will only be able to adjust the volume through your mobile phone or other devices, and Microphone of headphone can only be used in Bluetooth mode.
