The First Pairing (Power On)

Step 1: To switch On the earbuds, just pull them out from(inside) the charging case. With the auto power feature, the earbuds automatically switch on every time you take them out of the case.

Step 2: After powering On they go into connectivity mode with sound prompt to pair with your smartphone/tablet via Bluetooth.

Connectivity Mode:

• Step 1: Turn on bluetooth on your smartphone/tablet.
• Step 2: In the device, search menu look for “Portronics Harmonics Twins 28”
• Step 3: Tap and connect for the sound prompt to confirm the “Connected status
  Note : The pairing mode is active for a time period of 5 mins. if not paired in that time the earbuds wil switch off.

Touch Features Explained:

Single Tap 1/R earbud to-

1. Pick/End calls
2. Play/Pause music/video playback.

• Long Press the Touch area for 2 seconds L/R earbud to reject an incoming call.

• Double Tap R earbud to:-
  To jump to the next song/video

• Double Tap L earbud to:-
  To jump to the previous song/video

• Three Tap 1/R earbud to:-
  ANC On/Off/Transparent Mode Switching

• 3 Sec Long Press L/R earbud to:-
  For Voice Assistant

Charge the Earbuds:
When you connect the charging cable to the earbuds case, the digital display will begin blinking, indicating that the case is charging. The number displayed over the blinking icon represents the battery percentage of earbuds case. This feature helps you track: the charging status of both the case and the earbuds easily.

Note :

• Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds. Also. please keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging.
• When the battery is 20% or lower, the LED blink:s once every 30 seconds to indicate the same.

Charge The Case:
Step : To charge the case, plug one end of the provided cable into the case and connect the other end to a wall adapter etc.

Switching Off the earbuds:

• Step 1: Please remove both earbuds from your ears after usage. Step 2: Place the earbuds back into the charging case in the correct positioning and close the lid. The earbuds will automatically switch off (and enter charging mode).

Manual Power OFF:

• Step 1: Long press (L-R) earbuds and wait for the voice prompt “Power off” indicated by Red LED lights.
• Step 2: Place the earbuds back in the charging case.

How to reset the earbuds:

• Step 1: Place earbuds back inside the case.
• Step 2 : Unpair the earbuds from the device’s Bluetooth.
• Step 3 : Now, in connectivity mode, long press(L-R) earbuds until they power off.
• Step 4: Insert them in case and pair again.

If there are other exceptions in usage

| Place the earbuds back into the charging case and try using them again or perform factory reset

If Touch Controls don’t seem to respond :
After long usage, residual stains S. perspiration might affect the touch control area, please use a clean cloth to wipe those areas softly.

Warning:

• Please follow the instructions to operate
• Please don’t use the ear-buds in extreme temperatures
• Please don’t use the product near water
• Please keep the product away from heat sources, as the heat may damage
• Don’t jam the ports such as charger port, LED port, etc.

It is recommended to utilize the product below the maximum volume in order to protect hearing and extend the earbuds’ service life.
Advisable : The earbuds start at 100% volume and it may need to be reduced when the earbuds are switched on at first This can be done by using the phone/media device
