Safety Instructions
Notice: Ensure you read and fully understand instructions before use
While every attempt is made to ensure the highest degree of protection in all
equipment, we cannot guarantee freedom from injury. The user assumes all risk
of injury due to use. All merchandise is sold on this condition, which no
representative of the company can waive or change.
- Please ensure that you have fully read and understood the contents of this instruction manual before use.
- Only connect the appliance to an alternate current, with a mains voltage that corresponds with the information provided on the rating label of the appliance.
- Never bend the power cord sharply or allow it to run across hot parts.
- Fully unwind the cord to prevent it from overheating.
- Do not use the appliance if the plug, cord, or appliance is damaged, or if the appliance no longer functions properly, or if it is damaged in any other way. If this is the case, please contact cservice@oypla.com
- Do not allow children or pets to play with the appliance. Keep out of reach of children and pets where possible.
- The appliance can be used by children of 8 years and older and persons with a limited physical, sensory or mental capacity or lack of experience or knowledge, provided they use the appliance under supervision or have been instructed about its safe use and understand the hazards involved.
- Extension cords may only be used if the mains voltage (see the information plate) and capacity are identical to or higher than that of the appliance. Always use an approved extension cord.
- Never submerge the appliance, cord or plug in water.
- This appliance is intended for household and similar use
- The white dust found inside the ice packs is water retaining crystal. This should remain inside the ice packs and should under no circumstances be consumed. If this substance is consumed, please notify a doctor immediately.
- This appliance is intended for indoor use only.
- Never place anything on top of the appliance.
- Never cover the air inlets and outlets.
- Do not i nsert fingers or objects in the openings of the appliance.
- This appliance should only be used with the provided cooling elements.
- Always make sure the appliance is placed on an even, flat surface.
- Do not leave the appliance unsupervised during operation.
- If you want to move the appliance, make sure the appliance is switched off.
- Never use the appliance with parts that are not recommended or supplied by the manufacturer.
- Do not pull the cord and/or appliance to remove the plug from the socket.
- Never touch the appliance with wet hands.
- Never connect the appliance to an external timer or a separate remote control system, to prevent hazardous situations.
- The appliance may not be cleaned or maintained by children unless this is done under supervision.
- If the appliance is not being used or is being cleaned, fully switch off the appliance by removing the plug from the socket.
- Do not make modifications to this appliance.
- Never allow water to come into contact with the plug, cord, or electrical components.

Before the First Use
- Please follow these instructions before using the appliance.
- Carefully unpack the air cooler and all accessories. Remove all packaging materials and any promotional stickers.
- Keep the packaging until you have used the appliance, confirming that it is in full working order.
- Place the appliance on a flat, level surface and make sure there is enough space all around for sufficient ventilation.
- Check that all mentioned accessories and parts have been supplied.
- Give the outer shell of the appliance a wipe with a cloth to free it from any dust or particles it may have picked up during manufacturing and transport.
- Make sure there is a miniof mum 30cm space around the cooler. Never block air inlets or outlets.
- Plug the appliance into an appropriate socket. Once switched on, the appliance will give out a short “beep” sound. The indicator light will appear meaning the appliance is on standby.
- Always check that the water plug from the tank is in place correctly, to avoid any spillages.
Operating Instructions
- Please refer to the diagram below for instructions on how to operate your product.
Speed
The speed can be changed by using the “Speed” button. Using the button will
cycle through the available speed options – Low, Medium, and High.
Cooling
The appliance can cool the air further by adding cold water to the water tank.
Never overfill or underfill the tank. When the appliance is on, press the
“Cool” key followed by your desired speed to activate the cooling mode.
Mode
Various modes can be used:
You can also activate S wing Mode by using the “Swing” button, for better air displacement.
Humidification mode can be switched on or off by pressing the “cool” button when the unit is switched on.
Timer
Each time you press the “Timer” button, 30 minutes is added to the timer, up
to a maximum of 15.5 hours. For example, if you would like to set the air
cooler on a timer for 5.5 hours, you must press this key until the indicator
lights 0.5h + 1h + 4h = 5.5h. If you would like to cancel the timer or set a
new time, simply continue to press the timer button until all of the indicator
lights are off.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Please refer to the instructions below regarding cleaning and maintaining your product.
- Before cleaning the appliance, you must switch it off using the on/off button and remove the plug from the socket.
Cleaning the Exterior
Clean the exterior of the appliance with a cloth. The cloth may be damp, but
not wet. Never allow water to enter the grille or inlets. Only water is
necessary, do not use harsh cleaning detergents or chemicals as these may
damage the product. Never submerge any part of the appliance in water or any
other liquid.
Cleaning the Air Filter
Over time, the air filter may gather dust or dirt. To allow the air cooler to
function as well as possible, we recommend cleaning the air filters regularly.
To do so, unscrew the air filter at the rear of the appliance and remove it.
Clean the filter in lukewarm water, before thoroughly rinsing clean and
leaving to air dry. We do not recommend placing the air filter in the sun or
on a radiator or other heat source to dry. Once it is fully dry, it can be
placed back into the appliance.
Cleaning the Ventilation Grilles
To allow the air cooler to function as well as possible, you can clean the
ventilation grilles using a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush nozzle.
Cleaning the Water Absorbing Filter
When you have removed the air filter, you can also remove the water-absorbing
filter. Remove the water-absorbing filter from the holder, clean it with clean
water and a soft brush, and then carefully place it back in the holder. Do not
use detergents, as they can affect the water-absorbing filter.
Cleaning the Water Tank
The water tank can be removed. Throw away any water that is still present in
the water tank and clean the tank with a soft detergent and warm water.
Properly rinse with clean water and dry.
