Product Usage Instructions

Steps to Update Firmware:

1. Insert a USB Flash Drive (FAT32 Format) with the Firmware Update loaded in the root folder into the USB A Port on the back ofthe DVPlus.
2. Do not remove the USB Flash Drive during the upgrade process.
3. Turn on the DVPlus.
4. Level and AutoZero the device accordingly.
5. Go to the Settings Menu and select Firmware Update.
6. Select the desired Firmware version from the USB Drive.
7. Confirm your choice when prompted.
8. Press Update to start the firmware update process. The DVPlus will automatically update the firmware to the selected version.
9. Wait for the update to complete. The DVPlus will automatically reboot. Do not remove the USB Flash Drive during this time.
10. Verify the installed firmware version by viewing the startup Splash Screen.
11. Once the DVPlus finishes booting, you can safely remove the USB Flash Drive.

Steps to update firmware

WARNING : It is critical to only install Firmware intended for the DVPlus on your instrument. Please ensure that no other .fwu files exist on your USB Flash Drive and that the only firmware files that exist are those you are trying to install.

2. Turn the DVPlus On.
3. Level and AutoZero accordingly.
4. Go to Settings Menu and select Firmware Update.
5. Select the desired Firmware version from the USB Drive
6. DVPlus will have you confirm your choice
7. Press Update and the DVPlus will automatically update the firmware to the desired selection. When the update is complete, the DVPlus will automatically reboot. DO NOT Remove the USB Flash Drive at any point during the update.
8. Verify that the desired Firmware version has been installed by viewing the startup Splash Screen.
9. After the DVPlus finishes booting, the USB Flash Drive can be removed.
