Safety Instructions

Notice: Ensure you read and fully understand instructions before use While every attempt is made to ensure the highest degree of protection in all equipment, we cannot guarantee freedom from injury. The user assumes all risk of injury due to use. All merchandise is sold on this condition, which no representative of the company can waive or change.

  • This product is not a toy, and is only to be used for its designated purpose.
  • This product is intended for indoor use only.
  • Never carry out any alterations or modifications to this product.
  • Ensure the power supply to the socket into which the appliance is plugged, is in accordance with the rating label on the appliance and that the socket is earthed.
  • When the appliance is not in use, always unplug from the mains socket.
  • To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug or any part of this appliance in water or any other liquid.
  • This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory and mental capacities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product by persons responsible for their safety.
  •  Never leave the mini oven unattended when in use.
  • Never touch hot surfaces with your bare hands. Use oven gloves when removing hot items from the oven.
  • Fires may be caused if the mini oven is covered by, or touching flammable materials such as; tea towels, paper towels, paper or curtains. Do not store flammable materials on or near the mini oven.
  • Do not attempt to overflow the mini oven using oversized foods or baking ware as these may cause a fire.
  • Do not let the power cable hang over any edge of the working surface, or touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not operate appliance with damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
  • Do not cover the crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This may cause the oven to overheat.
  • Use extreme caution when removing the tray, racks of disposing of hot grease or other hot liquids.
  • Do not clean the inside of the oven with metal scouring pads, pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, causing electrical shock.
  • A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable material, including the curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation. Do not store any item on top of the appliance when in operation.
  • Extreme cautions should be exercised when using cooking or baking containers constructed of anything other than metal or ovenproof glass.
  • Be sure that nothing touches the top or bottom elements of the oven.
  • Do not store any materials other than the manufacturer’s recommended accessories in this oven when not in use.
  • Always wear protective, insulated oven gloves when inserting or removing items from the hot oven.
  • Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
  • The door or the outer surface may get hot when the appliance is operating.

Please familiarize yourself with the following basic oven functions and accessories prior to first use:

Temperature Contrel: choose the desired temperature from 100 C to 230 C for cooking
Main Function Centrol:

  • Broll( ):on this position, the upper two beating elements can function
  • Bake ( ):on this position, the lower two beating elements can function.
  • Upper & Lower heater( ): on this position, both upper and lower heating elements can function together.
  • Indicator light: It will light when the heating element is turned on.
  • Bake Tay: For use in broiling and roasting meat, poultry, fish and various other foods. Also, can be used as a drip pan to catch the oil drippings
  • Tray Handle: Allows you to pick up the wire rack, and bake tray when they are hot
  • Wire Rack: For toasting. baking. and general cooking in casserole disbes and standard pans.

CAUTION: TO AVOID RISK OF INJURY OR BURNS, DO NOT TOUCH HOT SURFACES WHEN OVENIS IN USEALWAYS TAKE EXTREME CARE WHEN REMOVING BAKE TRAY, WIRE RACK OR ANY HOT cONTAINER FROM A HOT OVEN, ALWAYS USE TRAY HANDLE OR OVEN MITT.
NOTE: Before using the appliance for the first time, be sure to:

  1. Read all of the instructions included in this manual.
  2. Make sure that the oven is unplugged and the time control knob is in the “OFF” position.
  3. Wash the accessories that accompany the oven in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
  4. Plug the appliance into the outlet.
  5. We recommend running the appliance at the highest temperature (230℃) on the toast function for approximately 15 minutes to eliminate any packaging residue that may remain after shipping. You may witness small amounts of smoke be produced, this is fine and normal, and is due to the manufacturing oils used during production.

HOW TO BROIL

For best results, it is recommended that you preheat the oven for 15 minutes on 230C

Operation:

  • Place food on the wire rack and slide into the top rack position.
  • Food should be placed as close as possible to the top beating element without touching it.
  • Put back tray at the lowest rack position to catch possible dripping.
  • To prevent fire hazards, it is suggested to wrap food with aluminum foil Set the temperature control knob to appropriate temperature Brush food with sauces or oil, as desired.
  • Set function knob to “Upper heater”. Turn food over midway through the prescribed cooking time.
  • To check or remove roast, use the tray handle provided to help you slide the roast in and out.
  • When broiling is complete, turn the function control to “OFF” position.

HOW TO BAKE

Please note that the BAKE function uses only the bottom beating elements. For best results, it is recommended that you prebheat the oven for 15 minutes on 230C.

Operation:

  • Set temperature control to appropriate temperature Place the wire rack on tbe lowest or middle rack support guide.
  • Place food on the wire rack and slide into the rack.
  • Food should be placed as close as possible to the lower heating element without touching it.
  • Brush food with sauces or oil, as desired.
  • Tun the function control to “Lower Heater.
  • Turn food over midway through the prescribed cooking time.
  • When baking is complete, turn the function knob to “OFF” position

HOW TO TOAST

  • Please note that the TOAST function uses all the beating elements.  Large capacity oven allows for toasting 4 to 6 slices of bread,6 muttons, frozen waftles or frozen pancakes.  Wlhen toasting oaly lor 2 items, place food on the bake rack in the center of the oven.

Operation:

  • Place food on the wire rack and slide into the middle rack position.
  • Set the Temperature Coutrol Knob to appropriate temperature Set function knob to “Upper & Lower Heater”.
  • Ensure Back tray is in place.
  • Bell will ring to signal the end of the toast cycle. When toasting is complete, turn function control to “OFF”.

How to use your Hotplate

RIGHT HOT PLATE (dower wattage)
Operation:

  • Place food to be cooked on the hotplate Turn the right hotplate temperature control knob to selector right hotplate and its temperature.
  • The hotplate can now function. (600W) When cook is complete., turn the selector to

OFF LEFT HOTPLATE (igher wattage)
Operation

  • Place food to be cooked on the hot plate
  • Turn the left  horplate temperature control knob   to selector left botplate and t temperature.
  • The hotplate can now function. (1000W) When cook is over, Turn the selector to “OFF”

Cleaning & Maintenance

CLEAN THE APPLIANCE EVERY TIME AFTER USE.

  1. Remove the plug from the wall socket and allow the appliance to cool down completely.
  2. Use warnm water with a small amount of washing-up liquid to clean the baking tray, the grille and the removal tool. Rinse the items with plenty of water and dry them thoroughly.
  3. Use a damp cloth to clean the interior and exterior of the oven and the door. Dry them thoroughly.
  4. Place all the items back in the oven and store the oven.
    • make sure the plag has been removed from the plug socket before cleaning the appliance.
    • Never use corrosive or scouring cleaning agents, or sharp objects (such as knives or hard berushes) to clean the appliance.
    • never immerse the appliance, the power cord or the plug in water of any other fluid

Note: It is a UK market requirement that the hobs and the oven cannot operate at the same time, for safety reasons.
