Installation Steps (Single Jet):

3. Securely attach the hopper cap and control valve’s adjusting screw.

• In the installation of the pump it is necessary to implement it suitsbly, so the buyer should ask the distributor to install it.

PRECAUTIONS ON SAFE USE

Before using, please try to understand [the precautions on the safe use] carefully and use the pump correctly.

WARNING
Do not disassemble, repair or modify the unit unless you are a professional serviceman.

• Do not disassemble, This may result in fire, malfunction or personal injury.

Do not touch with wet hands
While repairing you must take off the plug or cut off the electricity, and do not use wet hands to plug in or remove the plug out.

• It may cause a short circuit.

Grounding  Leakage Circuit Breaker You must always ground the appliance, and install a Leakage Circuit Breaker specifically fot it.

• If there is a defect or electric leak, it may cause a short circuit. For installation of an earth wire, please consult the distributor.

Prohibition Do not use the pump while its cover is removed.
It may cause a short circuit or fire from dust or degenerated insulation.

WARNING

Cleaning

Wiring
Wiring should be made with correctness and safety according to the internal requirements on technical standards for electrical appliances.

• Faulty wiring may cause a short circuit or fire.

Repairing
One should remove the plug out or turn off the switch immediately to prevent an accident. In case the pump works abnormally or does not work, call the distributor for inspection and repair.

• There is a risk of fire, short-circuit, power leak, and electric shock.

Do not roll, close, pull, bend, or modify the power cord or cause a mark or damage on it. Do not put heavy things on it, clip, or modify the cord.

• The power cord may be damaged and cause a short circuit.

PRECAUTIONS

Power Supply
In the event of not using it for a long time, remove the plug out of the outlet or turn off the switch.

• If not, it may cause a fire from a electric leak or short circuit due to degenerated insulation.

Do not place objects on the pump.

• It may cause the pump is damaged.

While removing the plug, pull the plug body.

• If not, it may cause a electric shock.

Do not place flammable materials inside the pump cover, and do not cover the pump with any material.

• The pump will overheat, due to inability to vent which may result in fire or pump damage.

• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the distributor agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a danger.

The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

• Children should be supervised to ensure that they  do not play with the appliance.

Modification pressure switch may cause malfunction of machine and pump parts damage. The warranty will be terminated instantly if you modify pressure switch.

Single Jet

Parallel let

Remove the paper inside the cover after finishing installaiton.

How to Prime it

• After installation on the first run, open the hopper cap and fill on some water,
• Do not expose to water the electric components such as motor, electronic parts, etc.
• For new pump, water must be filled into the suction pipe, compression pipe, and pump head and securely close the hopper cap.
• Open the water tap at the supply side.
• Install the pressure gauge at the hopper cap.
• Close the control valve fully by turning it clockwise, and connect the power cord to turn on the pump.
• Adjusting screw after the water flows into the pump, adjust the control valve by releasing the adjusting screw.
• Adjusting screw 1-2 ou After closing the water tap, check all conditions by opening or closing other water taps. If there is a noise, adjust the adjusting screw by turning it 1-2 times.

Check the installation site to make sure that it has good drainage.

• If water leakage, it can result in serious damage.

• Should be installed in a place that is protected from rain or direct sunlight.

Check the installation Location.

• Choose the place that can easily be checked or serviced.
• It should be installed near the well as much as possible

How to install the single jet

For the single jet installation, install it to the well with diameter of 2 inches (50 mm.).

Perfer the installation as follows:

How to install

1. Prepare all parts to install such as 1-inch PVC pipes, and joints (refer to the specified depth in the manual).
2. Expand the end of the provided 1-inch PVC pipe (suction pipe) about 50 mm by holding it over the fire as shown in the figure of step 1.
3. Install the expanded end of the PVC pipe to the venturi of the single jet. Install the end of PVC pipe so that it is over the venturi about 10 mm as shown in the figure of step 2. Then, cover the connection point with a damp cloth and bend the pipe’s end onto the venturi as shown in the figure of step 3.
4. Apply the silicone to protect the water leakage. Then, check for leakage at the silicone-applied point by pouring the water into the pipe.
5. Connect the 1-inch PVC pipe to the single jet as shown in the figure of step 3. Securely attach them with Connect the 1-inch PVC pipe to the single jet as shown in the figure of step 3. Securely attach them with adhesive to avoid leakage. Then, insert the completed single jet into the wall in depth steps as specified in the manual.
6. Tum the pipe’s end of the single jet (clockwise) until the sealing is against with the wall of the 2-inche well as shown in the figure of step 4.
7. Connect the 1 1/4-inch PVC pipe to the adapter.
8. Connect the 1 1/4-inch reducer to the pipe’s end of the single jet as shown in the figure of step 5.
9. Install the flange set to the pump and connect them to the adapter (indicated in the circle) as shown in the figure of step 6.
10. After inishing installation, refer to How to Prime it )

How to install the parallel jet

How to install the parallel jet

For the parallel jet installation, install it to the wall with diameter of 4 inches (100 mm) or more. Perform the installation as follows:

How to install

1. Prepare all parts to install such as 1-inch PVC pipes, 1 1/4-inch PVC pipes, and joints (refer to the specified depth in the manual).
2. Connect the provided parallel jet to the 1-inch PVC pipe and the 1 1/4-inch PVC pipe at the suction side and pressure side of the jet respectively as shown in the figure of step 1.
3. Connect the PVC pipes at the suction side and pressure side at the depth specified in the manual.
4. Secure the PVC pipes at the suction side and pressure side together with the pipe band at every 5 m as shown in the figure of step 2.
5. Secure the PVC pipes at the suction side and pressure side with the pipe holder at the well’s edge as shown in the figure of step 2.
6. Place the pump to locate the position for installing the flange at the suction side and pressure side as shown in the figure of step 2.
7. After finishing installation, refer to How to Prime it (page 5).

All joints must be glued to avoid water leakage; otherwise, the pump is unable to suck up the water.

INSTALLATION ROUTING THE HARNESS WARNING
Wiring should be considered a safety priority and comply with the technical standard of the electrical appliance or internal wiring. Faulty wiring may cause a fire or electric shock.

Lage Circuit Breaker Please connect the ground wire and install a leakage circuit breaker.
WARNING
You must connect a ground wire and install a leakage circuit breaker specifically for this job.

• You may have an electric shock when the pump is malfunction or leakage current. Lekge Circuit Breaker

Install the ground wire to prevent accidents from electric shock when electrical leakage occurs. Grounding and leakage circuit breaker require installation by an electrician specialist. The plug cord must be disconnected from the electrical outlet first and then installed.

Precautions Do not install the ground wire in the following places. (It is legal prohibition)

• Where there is a gas pipe, telephone line, lightning rod and plumbing.

• Leakage Curcuit Breaker
  Installing Leakage Circiut Breaker age Ciuit Breaker Tenseustnihuge 15 mA

  1. Please install a Leakage Curcuit Breaker with the working current less than 15mA. 2 kg
  2. In the case where there ia an existing Leakage Curcuit Breaker, check as specified above.

PROBLEMS AND REPAIRS

When there is a problem during usage, you should stop the pump, remove the plug, and check to find the cause or consult your distributor.
