Instructions for Installation of the GSA Drawer Buster

The Drawer Buster is designed to be installed on a Class 5 GSA container, or it can also be used on a Class 6 container, without the need for drilling holes or sinking screws to hold it in place. The Drawer Buster supports the Lockmasters Magnum Bolt Buster II, Bolt Buster, and the High-velocity drill rigs. Once installed on the container drawer, these drill rigs attach to the Drawer Buster directly, saving you the time of having to locate the bolts for drilling.

To install the Drawer Buster, follow these steps:

  1. Remove the dial from the lock. The LKM117 X0 dial ring puller is a helpful tool for this step.
  2. Remove the dial ring cover.
  3. Remove the X0 dial ring assembly.
    • NOTE : if reusing the lock after opening the container, treat the fragile cables carefully.
  4. Extend the cables along the face of the drawer and tape them to the drawer as flat as possible.
  5. Remove any label holders from the drawer.
