HOW TO PLAY
POWER ON AND OFF
- Toggle the On/Off Switch to power on and off.
MUSIC MODE
- Music Mode is the default mode when you power on.
- If you aren’t in Music Mode, press the Music Mode button ONCE to enter music mode. In Music Mode, the Character & Instrument buttons play the Baby Shark song chorus with different instruments. Step or press on the piano keys to play along – or combine
- sounds to play your own song!
- Bonus: use the Bonus Baby Shark Song Sound Sheet to learn how to play the Baby Shark song all by yourself!
- Press the Music Mode button TWICE to play the full Baby Shark song!
LEARNING MODE
- Press the Learning Mode button ONCE to start the Learning Mode. In Learning Mode, the Character & Instrument buttons name the Shark Family characters and you can count l to l O by pressing the piano keys.
- Press the Learning button TWICE to play the full Shark 123 song!
- Fold your Step & Sing Piano Dance Mat for easy storage when playtime is over.
- If your Step & Sing Piano Dance Mat stops playing or the volume becomes choppy or hard to hear, it may be time to replace the batteries. Refer to the section included in this manual for step-by-step instructions.
SLEEP MODE
- The Step & Sing Piano Dance Mat will enter sleep mode after 20 seconds of inactivity.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
- lay your Step & Sing Piano Dance Mat dawn so that the battery compartment faces upwards. Step & Sing Piano Dance Mat requires 3 x APA “LR03 / R03” l .5V Batteries (not included).
- Using a Phillips screwdriver (not included) remove the screw on the battery compartment cover.
- Remove any existing batteries and insert new batteries according to the diagram. Ensure that the positive and negative polarities match the illustrations inside the battery compartment.
- Replace the battery compartment cover and tighten screw using the screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
IMPORTANT BATTERY INFORMATION
- Use only fresh batteries of the required size and recommended type.
- Do not mix old and new batteries, different types of batteries [standard (Corban-Zinc)/ Alkaline or rechargeable] or rechargeable batteries of dif erent capacities.
- Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before recharging them.
- Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
- Please respect the correct polarity, (+) and (-).
- Do not try to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
- Do not dispose of batteries into fire.
- Replace all batteries of the same type/brand at the same time.

- Batteries should be recycled or disposed of as per state and local guidelines.
