Q: How can I find the date of manufacture of my NEOLINE FLASH
2K DUAL?
A: The date of manufacture is clearly indicated on an individual
sticker on the device. It is encrypted in the serial number with
the month and year of production.
Q: How do I activate parking mode?
A: Parking mode is activated when the device is connected using
the proprietary parking cable. The symbol “P” will be displayed on
the screen when parking mode is active.
Q: What should I do before formatting the memory card?
A: Before formatting, ensure to create backup copies of
important files on a computer or another storage device as
formatting will permanently delete all files on the memory
card.

Rec The red symbol flashes to indicate video recording mode.
Wi-Fi network status symbol.
P The symbol is displayed when parking mode is activated when
the device is connected using a proprietary parking cable
Formatting The setting is intended to format the memory card. When using this
setting, follow the instructions on the device display.
ATTENTION! When formatting, files from the memory card are permanently
deleted. If necessary, create backup copies in advance, for example on a
computer. Reset to factory settings Reset the DVR to factory settings by
following the instructions on the display. Information Information about the

Recording Modes Loop recording mode (enabled by default) is designed to create
video files of a certain length. When the memory card is full, old files will
be automatically replaced with new ones. Videos shot in Loop Recording mode
are stored in the Normal folder. To activate the parking mode, you will need
to connect an original cable (not included in the package), which will allow
you to activate Time Lapse or emergency recording while the engine is off.
Loop recording is not available in parking mode. Emergency recording starts 5
seconds after the G-Sensor is triggered
ATTENTION! You need to connect the original cable as shown below. If connected
incorrectly, the function will not work!

Connect the BATT (+) power cord to the source providing stable 12V voltage.
Connect the ACC cord to the power source (ignition circuit). Connect the GND
(-) cord to the car body. Attention! The color of the wires can be different
for each unit. See the labels on the wires to avoid improper operation of the
device. The Emergency recording is activated automatically when the G-sensor
triggers (sudden acceleration/deceleration), or at a collision. The files
protected from overwriting are stored on the memory card in the EVENT folder,
but can also be overwritten by other emergency files.
CAUTION! Overwritten files cannot be recovered. In the event of an accident,
we recommend stopping the recording and saving the necessary recordings to
your phone or computer.
Troubleshooting · Cannot take pictures/record video Check if there is enough
free space on the microSD card and if it is not blocked. · Spontaneous stop at
recording Too many video files are stored. Only use at least class 10 high-
speed microSD cards by proven manufacturers. We recommend using 256 GB memory
cards prepared for record in 4K, where the recording speed is at least 40
Mbit/s. · Blurred image Check if there is any protective film, dirt or
fingerprints on the lens. Wipe the lens with a soft cloth before use. (it is
recommended to use special care products for the optics in order not to damage
the surface of the lens)

UHS-III with a recording speed of at least 40 Mbit/s. · It is recommended to
use memory cards from 64GB to 256GB · This device shall only be used with the
accessories supplied. Where third-party accessories are used, Neoline bears no
responsibility for any damage to the product. · Do not expose the product to
fire, moisture or chemicals (gasoline, solvent, reagents, etc.). · Do not
disassemble or modify the product. Neoline is not responsible for any data
loss and/or direct or indirect damage caused to the user or a third party by
incorrect use of the device or software, their incorrect installation, or the
use of accessories not included in the package. · CAUTION! In some cars, the
power is supplied to the 12/24V socket even when the ignition is off. It is
recommended to disconnect the device from the vehicle network to avoid the
battery discharging. · Format the microSD card at least once every two months
to avoid damage to its file system. · Observe the storage and operation
temperature conditions (see specifications). Do not expose the unit to
sunlight for too long. · The device is designed to be used in cars with a
transparent windshield or light-tone heat shield for glass. Where the
windshield is tinted or covered with dark heat shield film, the video quality
decreases.

· The 3M Adhesive Tape holder is designed for permanent installation. So,
please determine the location of the video recorder in advance. · Install the
DVR in such a way as to get the maximum field of view. DO NOT place the DVR in
a place where it can block the view and compromise your safe driving. Neoline
and its authorized partners ARE NOT responsible for any damage or data loss
due to improper installation of the holder. Normal operation of the device
requires an external power source · In accordance with local law, do not
manipulate the device while driving to be sure you are driving safe. · Heating
of the case during operation is normal. · Handle the device with due care,
avoid dropping/crushing the device. · The manufacturer reserves the right to

Date of manufacture: clearly indicated on the individual sticker on the
device. It is indicated in encrypted form in the serial number (the month and
year of production are indicated in 4 characters before the letter “C”).

Guarantee period
The Manufacturer establishes a warranty period for the Product of 12 months
from the date of sale, but not more than 18 months from the date of transfer
of the Product to the trading organization, depending on which period comes
earlier. If it is impossible to determine the date of sale of the product, the
warranty period will be calculated from the date of manufacture of the
product. The manufacturer sets the service life of the product to 24 months.
The service life is calculated from the date of production of the product. The
production date is indicated in the serial number. The month and year of
production are indicated in 4 characters before the “C”. For example:
NEOFL2KD0624C0001. The DVR was manufactured in June 2024. Or the production
date is indicated explicitly. During the warranty period, the manufacturer
undertakes to eliminate defects in the product free of charge by repairing it
or replacing it with a similar one, provided that the defect arose through the
fault of the manufacturer.
Warranty terms
1. This warranty is valid subject to the following conditions: correct and
clear completion of the warranty card indicating the model name, serial
number, date of sale and the seal of the selling company in the warranty card.
2. The warranty does not include periodic maintenance, installation software,
product configuration. 3. Products with defects arising from due to: a)
mechanical damage; b) non-compliance with operating conditions or erroneous
actions of the owner; c) violation by the consumer of storage and
transportation rules; d) natural disasters (lightning, fire, flood), as well
as other causes beyond the control of the seller and manufacturer, such as
voltage surges in the electrical network, etc.; e) penetration of foreign
objects, liquids, insects into the product; f) repairs or making structural or
circuit changes j) by unauthorized persons; k) deviation for power supply,
telecommunications and cable networks: 4. The right to warranty service is
lost in the following cases: a) if the seals installed by the manufacturer or
an authorized service center are missing or broken; b) if the malfunction is
