The Viessmann Manufacturing Training Academy offers comprehensive training programs for quality installations and services of heating systems. The training includes classroom presentations and hands-on experience in state-of- the-art labs. Experienced instructors are available to address technical queries.

For those attending training at the Warwick, RI headquarters, the academy covers lunch, beverages, and dinner during training days. Hotel accommodation is provided for attendees traveling long distances.

For those flying in, TF Green/PVD Airport is recommended. Shuttle services are available from the airport to the Crowne Plaza
Hotel in Warwick, RI.

Driving Directions:

Directions are provided based on your starting location (North, South, or West) to reach Viessmann Manufacturing in Warwick, RI.

Parking:

Upon arrival, follow signs to park in the designated parking lot at Viessmann Manufacturing. The building is easily identifiable with American and German flags outside.

WHAT WE COVER

For those attending an academy training at the Warwick, RI headquarters

Lunch and beverages for each training day
Dinner for the night in between a 2-day training [if applicable] Hotel rooms for the night before training and the night in between a 2-day training [if traveling 2 or more hours to RI]
For all Rep-dedicated classes, the academy coordinator will book Academy-required hotel rooms, check your Eventbrite registration page for hotel details before your training
Please Note: Registration for hotel rooms must be submitted 2 weeks before training to guarantee your hotel room
For all Open Enrol lment classes posted on the website, a hotel booking link will be provided on your Eventbrite registration page for the training

A portion of your airfare
- Please Note: Attendees are responsible for booking their own flight and can submit the flight reimbursement after attending the training. No reimbursements will be granted for registered attendees who do not attend the scheduled training
Shuttle service to and from the airport [ONLY TF Green/PVD – not Logan Airport in Boston], and to and from the hotel and Viessmann Headquarters
- Please Note: We always recommend that people fly into TF Green/PVD Airport, as it is only 15 minutes away from the hotel and headquarters

AIRPORT & HOTEL

TF GREEN/PVD AIRPORT
We recommend departing flights be booked no earlier than 4:00 PM on the last day of training.
When exiting your flight, look for baggage claim signs, and proceed to the baggage claim area. Then check your flight number and corresponding carousel.

Take Exit 29 towards US-1/TF Green Airport
Continue onto TF Green Airport Connector Rd.

From the South | Follow I-95 S

Take exit 31C towards Jefferson Blvd., then turn left onto Jefferson Blvd. Turn right onto Service Ave.

From the West | Follow I-90 W

Take exit 106 to merge onto I-495 S
Take exit 33B to merge onto I-95 S toward Providence
Take exit 31C towards Jefferson Blvd., then turn left onto Jefferson Blvd. Turn right onto Service Ave.

PARKING

Viessmann is the large white building on the right with American and German flags outside. When you arrive, go through the metal gates, follow the driveway down to park in the parking lot, and enter the building using the front doors. The building is across the street from TruGreen.

AIRFARE REMIBURSEMENT

Viessmann Manufacturing will pay a portion of your airfare.
33% reimbursement of the cost of Coach airfare for wholesalers & and contractors
50% reimbursement of the cost of Coach airfare for Viessmann representatives and engineers
The flight reimbursement form and flight receipt must be submitted no later than 30 days following the day of training. Any reimbursements submitted after this grace period will not be accepted. A copy of the airline ticket showing all of the airline charges is
required for reimbursement. All of the information on the Airfare Reimbursement Form must be provided to us for each person to process the reimbursement. NO exceptions. A check will be mailed within 2-4 weeks of the seminar.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Circumstances may occur that could prevent you from attending a training that you are registered for. Please notify the academy coordinator as soon as possible. We do allow substitutes if you at least 10 days prior to your training.
