Installation
- You should wear the smartwatch on your wrist and adjust the length of the strap in such a way that it is not loose
Nano SIM card requirements
- The Nano SIM card must be active, have funds on the account (applies to top-up cards), do not have an active PIN code, and have an active Internet data plan and active voice calls. It can be purchased from local telecom operators.
- The Nano SIM card must support a 4G network with streaming data and airtime.
Note: SIM cards sold by carriers as Internet-based, such as for tablets, may not work on your device.
Nano SIM Card Installation
- Turn off the device.
- Pull out the SIM card tray using the included tool, then side up with the chipset and insert it into the tray. Make sure that the Nano SIM card is properly aligned and positioned.
- Turn on the watch, wait until the signal is caught.
App Installation
- The Kiano Watch Joy smartwatch works with smartphones using the SeTracker 2 app. Before you start using your device, you need to download this app from the Google Play Store or App Store and install it on your phone.
- You can also search for the SeTracker 2 app yourself in the Apple Store (App Store) or Google Play, download and install it.
- It is also possible to use the Carepro+ app.
Registration in the app
- Launch the SeTracker 2 app
- When you launch the app, you will be presented with a login screen where you can log in to your account (if you have already created one), register a new account, or change the app’s language/region.
- To register a new account, click Register.
- In the first field, enter your email address, which will serve as a login to the application.
- In the next field, enter the verification code from the image generated on the right.
- In the last field, enter your password, which will be used to log in to the app.
- The password can consist of 8 – 16 characters, only numbers and letters, Polish characters (e.g. ą, ż, ó), and special characters (e.g. !, #, @) are not allowed.
- Once you have filled in all the details, click on Registration.
- You should remember or write down the email address and password you used to register your smartwatch, as the account to which you first assigned the device is an administrator account. Re-registration will be possible after obtaining permission from the administrator or after contacting our website:serwis@rgmedia.pl
- After successful registration, log in using the login (email address) and password you entered earlier
Adding a device
- Press the Add Device or Device List button to add the smartwatch to the previously created account.
- Scan the QR code using the button from the watch settings or the sticker located on the back of the watch.
- Enter the name of the device – the associated smartwatch
- In the next field, select the type of relationship with the watch user – e.g. Mom, Dad
Settings
- Log in, click on the phone book or contacts and write down the numbers you need. The same goes for other features.
- Set SOS number(for example, Mom/dad/brother)
- Only the numbers stored in the phone book or contacts have permission to call the watch, we suggest you add your child’s friends as well.
- The numbers should be saved in the app and then the watch will be able to call them. Be sure to click the save button.
Phone Calls / SOS
- Pre-set the phone number as a contact in the APP, and then go to the contacts menu of the watch to dial the number.
- Press the SOS button for 6-10 seconds to dial SOS (support 3 SOS numbers in the APP), the watch will automatically make a call to the first saved number. When the call fails, the watch will automatically dial the second and then the third number. When an SOS call is answered via voicemail, it will not be forwarded to the next SOS number. The SOS function is only active if your watch is within network range, has an internet connection, and has enough funds in your account.
- During a call, press the SOS button to answer the call or press the on/off button to hang up the call.
Location
- Turn on your watch and make sure it has a signal.
- Open the map in the app, click on the location, and it will display the child’s real-time position.
Comments:
If the watch is indoors, it will usually position itself via LBS or WIFI, and
deviation is inevitable, which depends on the distance between the watch and
the nearest transmitter and environment.

When you insert the SIM card, there is still no signal

Check the type and size of the card to see if it is suitable. The card should support the 4G network.

Check if the card is inserted correctly. First, turn off your watch, then insert the Nano SIM card and restart it.

After saving the numbers, it indicates that the device cannot connect to the network.

Is the network signal shown when the card is inserted? Check if the watch rings when a phone call is made.

Check if the watch is turned on (before using the app, the watch must be turned on). The smartwatch must be turned on.

Make sure the SIM card has a data plan, and make sure you have paid the phone bill and the SIM card is available to make calls.

Check whether the watch ID matches the ID on the tags

When you ring the watch, it reminds you that the number you dialed is busy, please try again later.

Check if there is a signal after inserting the SIM card

Check if you have saved the phone numbers in the app

Check if you have enabled the DO NOT DISTURB feature in the app and set the time, if so, switch to OFF.

The time cannot be updated automatically
Once the card is inserted (it must have active data), the watch will automatically update the time, which may take a few minutes. Turn your watch off and on again. -
The positioning function does not work.

Go outside and try again. (Only for checking GPS location!)

When the watch enters SLEEP MODE, it will switch to POWER SAVING MODE, which means the data transfer function is OFF, at this time, you can refresh the positioning and shake the watch to wake it up.

The watch won’t charge or turn on

Try another USB cable to see if the original one has been damaged.

Press the POWER button for 50 seconds, then charge, after 1 minute, the charging information will appear on the watch, at this time, you can restart the device.
