Installation Steps

  1. Use a clean, soft cloth to clean the windshield to ensure the support bracket can adhere firmly.
  2. Insert the formatted SD card into the CruiseCam, remove the 3M tape film from the bracket, and paste it behind the rearview mirror on the windshield, leaving space for wiring.
  3. Connect the car charger to the dashcam and plug it into the 12V power socket. Route the cable as shown in the figure.
  4. Once installed and the car is started, the CruiseCam will automatically turn on and start recording. The indicator light will flash to indicate normal operation.

Wi-Fi Instructions

  • For iOS devices: Search for “Boult Cruise” on the App Store and download it for free.
  • For Android devices: Search for “Boult Cruise” on Google Play Store or scan the QR code for a quick download.

Wi-Fi Connection:

  1. Turn on Wi-Fi on your phone and connect to SSID: CruiseCam-BLTX1XXX with password: 12345678
  2. Open the Boult Cruise app to operate the recorder.

Button Operating

  • Press once to take a photo during the video recording.
  • Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to restore factory settings and restart.

Indicator Light

  • Blue light (flashing): Recording in progress
  • Blue light (steady on): Recording stopped
  • Blue and purple light (alternating): SD card not inserted

Precautions

  • Remove the protective film from the device lens before installation.
  • Use only the provided power cord to avoid overheating or instability.
  • Avoid placing the device randomly without sticking it and do not fix it where the airbag is located.
  • Avoid adjusting or watching videos on the phone while driving for safety.
  • Avoid installing the recorder where it may obstruct the driving line of sight.
  • Avoid exposing the recorder to temperatures below -10°C or above 55°C.

Installation steps

  1. Use a clean, soft cloth to clean the windshield to ensure that the support bracket can be firmly adhered.

  2. Take out your CruiseCam, insert the formatted SD card, tear off the 3M tape film on the bracket, and then paste the bracket in the appropriate position. It is recommended to paste it on the windshield behind the rearview mirror. Leave some space
    for easy wiring.

  3. Put the car charger into the 12v power socket and connect it to the dashcam. It is recommended to route the cable in the direction shown in the figure:

  4. After the CruiseCam is installed and the car is started, the CruiseCam automatically turns on and records video. The working indicator light flashes, indicating that it has started normal working.

    • Note: Please use an SD card with a reading and writing speed of at least CLASS 10 and above. Please format the SD card in the device before using it. The videos will be recorded in a loop of 1 minute by default.
    • When the card is full, older videos will automatically be deleted. (To ensure normal recording, it is recommended to format the SD card every 2-3 months)

  • For   iOS devices: Please search “Boult Cruise” from the APP Store and download it for free.
  • For Android devices: Please search “Boult Cruise” from the Google Play store and download it for free. Or scan the QR code below for a quick download.
  • Turn on the Wi-Fi function on the mobile phone, search for the following Wi-Fi name, and enter the password SSID: CruiseCam-BLTX1XXX
  • Password: 12345678
  • After the Wi-Fi connection is successful, enter Boult Cruise” to operate the recorder on the APP.
