pTron Bassstrings Indie Bluetooth Neckbands Earphone

pTron ‘Bassstrings Indie’ is set at 50% default volume. You can increase the volume through the or through the connected device.

Charging the Neckband

Connect the provided USB type-C charging cable to the neckbands charging port and connect the other end of the cable to a 5V/1A USB power source.
Plug the USB connector of the cable into a USB 5V/1A power source.
The indicator light will remain constant red while the neckband is being charged. Depending on the power delivered to the charging case, the charging case will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours to completely charge.
The indicator light will turn red to blue when the neckband is fully charged, and after 5 minutes, it will turnoff.

Power on/Off

To power on: Press and hold the ”MFB” button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue light.
To power off: Press and hold the ”MFB” button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator turns off.

Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

Make sure the neckband is Turn on and in pairing mode (LED indicator flashing blue & Red light).
On your Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
Select “pTron BT” from the list of available devices to pair.
Once paired successfully, the LED indicator will stop flashing.

Using the Neckband

Music Playback

Play/Pause: Press the “MFB” button once.
Next Track: Press and hold the “+” button for 2 seconds.
Previous Track: Press and hold the “-” button for 2 seconds

Adjusting Volume

Increase Volume: Press the “+” button.
Decrease Volume: Press the “-” button.

Taking Calls

Answer/End Call: Press one time “MFB” button.
Redial Last Number: Press two time “MFB” button.
Call reject : Press and hold the “MFB” button for 2 seconds.

Mode Switch:
Press the “MFB” button three times to switch between movie mode and music mode.

Voice Assistant: Long press “MFB” button to activate default smart voice assistant. The respective voice assistant screen pops up on the connected and you may place your command.
Tips: You may try out the following commands.
Taking Calls

Important: If Voice Assistance does not activate, the functionality must first be enabled through your media device settings.

Charging Status

Battery Low: The LED indicator will flash red.
Charging: The LED indicator will constant red.
Fully Charged: The LED indicator will turn blue, and after 5 minutes, it will turn off.
Pairing mode: The LED indicator blinks blue and red lights.

Safety Precautions

Keep the device out of extreme heat and humidity.
Play time may vary depending on personal habits,
Using incompatible USB cable or high voltage chargers can damage the product & void the product
warranty. We strongly recommend using a good quality DC5V-1A chargers & the USB cable included in the package.
Please don’t over-charge the product as it will decrease the service life of battery.
Read all warnings on the product and in the operating instructions.
It is recommended to utilize the product below the maximum volume in order to protect hearing and extend the ear-buds’ service life.
Please don’t open/temper the product or product’s battery.
Please keep the product out of children’s reach.
Stop using this product immediately if it causes discomfort or pain.
Dispose the product responsibly and adhere to your local authority guidelines.
