Congratulations on your purchase of the GLORB

  • The smart lamp and living sculpture

It is the goal of this user manual to help you set up and make the most of your GLORB. With this manual, you’ll learn about:

  • Setting up your lLORk
  • Using your lLORk
  • Expanding your Philips Hue

Each section contains an overview of the topic and detailed steps for completing tasks. Before beginning, take a look at Table 1 and familiarise yourself with the terminology and icons used in this user manual.

Safety Information

Please read these instructions carefully before using your GLORB to ensure safe and proper use.

  • Use the product with the provided power adapter, or a 5v, 3A USB-C power source.
  • Only install the lamp indoors.
  • Disassembly or modification of the lamp voids all warranty.
  • Do not use the lamp with a damaged power cord or plug.
  • Avoid installing this product near major heat sources
  • Do not allow children to assemble and install this product.

The GLORB is designed to be protected from some water and moisture exposure. This does not include the power supply and its connection. Make sure the power source is always protected from water and moisture.

The app works by combining a palette an an animation. Save the combination as a favorite.
Favorited can be placed into playlists that you can name for any specific occasion or mood.

Audio reactive
The GLORB’s built in microphone uses advanced algorithms to create visualisations of your music.
In a noisy environment? You can also stream your music directly to the GLORB

Water resistant
We want you to be able to bring the GLORB with you outdoors so we have protected all the electronics from water. The GLORB is not made for permanent outdoor use but will not be damaged if it starts to rain when you bring it on a picnic.

Power bank compatible
Portability: Use with USB C power banks. Connect to any USB C powerbank bring the GLORB anywhere! Our versatile table stand neatly hides cables and accommodates most power banks, offering seamless placement anywhere you need. A standard 10Ah powerbank

Synchronise units
You can synchronise multiple GLORBs together with the app, or using DMX. DMX allows for individual control of every LED, and you can create your own 3D pixel mapping.

Wifi & Bluetooth
With both WiFi & Bluetooth you have simple flexibility to control and update your GLORB.

Getting Started

  1. Carefully Unpack the box and check all items listed in the packing list.
  2. Hang or place the GLORB on a desirable space
  3. Plug the adapter into a socket

Pairing Your GLORB with SNRGY App

You Need : A Wi-Fi router supporting the 2.4GHz and 802.11 b/g/n bands. 5GHz is not supported.
A smartphone or tablet running iOS 8.0 and above or Android 4.3 and above.

Download the SNRGY app from the App Store

  1. (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices).

  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.

  3. Open the app

Troubleshooting

Problem : Solution
Lamp does not turn on : Check power connection and outlet
LED strips flicker: Ensure proper installation and contact
Remote control not working: Replace remote control batteries

Connection Issues
Ensure WiFi and Bluetooth are enabled. Restart the app and GLORB.

App Crashes:
Update the app and your device’s OS.

Cleaning

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface.

Maintenance

LED Replacement

LEDs have a lifetime of approximately 50,000 hours. Contact support for replacements

Cannot connect to Bluetooth. Solution
Lamp does not turn on : Check power connection and outlet

a. Do not skip the Bluetooth connection steps in the app.
b. Ensure the Bluetooth on your smartphone has been turned on.
c. Your smartphone may be incompatible with Govee Home App.
Try using a different smartphone then reconnect.

Your GLORB lamp comes with a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please retain your purchase receipt for warranty claims.

Disposal Instructions

The GLORB lamp must be disposed of according to local electronic waste regulations. Do not dispose of it with household waste. For more information, visit our website or contact customer support.
