REVOLT GC88607-0 Remote Controlled Boat
NOTICE
The boat switches on automatically when placed in water. After placing the
boat in the water, switch on the remote control. The remote control will
automatically pair with the boat.
PLEASE READ THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A TOY. IT IS NOT INTENDED FOR PERSONS UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE UNLESS CLOSELY SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT.

SAFETY GUIDELINES
- This product must be used under adult supervision. This product is not a toy and is only for people over the age of 14.
- Wait for the battery to cool before recharging after the boat is used.
- When sailing, make sure no one is in the water to avoid injury. There must be no weeds or debris on the surface of the water to prevent the propeller from becoming entangled or damaging the boat.
- Remote control distance is about 150 meters, please do not exceed the effective control distance, to avoid losing control.
- Please keep a safe distance from the high-speed rotating propeller to avoid the risk of injury.
- Always keep small parts and electrical parts out of the reach of children.
- The charger is not a toy. Only use the original charger provided.
- Battery charging should be done in a location out of reach of children. When charging it must be kept away from flammable materials such as beds, carpets, wood floors, etc.,
- DO NOT reverse polarity or puncture batteries. DO NOT store the batteries near any heat source.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
- If the boat is not being used, remove the battery.
- If you do not plan to use your boat for an extended period, remove the batteries from the controller to avoid battery leakage, which may damage the controller.
- The boat and the controller should be protected from prolonged exposure to the sun to prevent paint fading. When finished playing, wipe down with a dry cloth.

Battery Instllation – Controller
Unscrew and open the battery cover. Insert 4 x “AA” Batteries in the correct
polarity. If the the controller will not be used for a long time, please
remove the batteries.
Note: when the controller continues to beep it indicates that the
controller the battery is running low.
Charge the Battery
- Insert the battery wire with a white connector to the USB charger.
- Connect the USB charger to the USB output on the computer, power bank or AC/DC adaptor.
- When the controller continues to beep ….. it indicates that the boat the battery is running low, please return the boat to retrieve it.
- A power output of 5V 0.5-2A must be used for safe charging.
- Please always use the USB cables provided.
- Charging: red light ON
- Charge Complete: red light turns OFF
Battery Installation-Boat
- Use the complimentary wrench to clamp on the cabin lock at an angle of 45, and then turn the lock to the left or right. (Please ensure that the arrow of the cabin lock is in the left or right direction.), fig. 1 and fig. 2.
- Open the cabin cover, fig. 3.
- Install the battery and connect it to the power input of the boat, fig. 4 and fig. 5.
- Close the cabin cover, fig. 6.
- Use the complimentary wrench to clamp on the cabin lock at an angle of 45, and then tighten the lock to the left or right. (Please ensure that the arrow of the cabin lock is in the center position.), fig. 7 and fig. 8.
Pair the Controller with the Boat
- Place the boat in the water after installing the battery.
- Then turn on the controller. The controller will emit a beep sound when on and the power indicator of the controller will go from flashing to solid, indicating that the controller and the boat are now paired.
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Please make sure that the boat is in the water otherwise it will fail to pair with the controller
- The boat won’t work when the battery is low.
Operation Instruction
FORWARD
Push the throttle backward and the boat moves forward.
BACKWARD
Push the throttle forward and the boat moves backward.
TURN LEFT
Turn the wheel to the left when the boat is moving and the boat turns left.
TURN RIGHT
Turn the wheel to the right when the boat is moving, and the boat turns right.
LEFT TRIM
If the boat is moving forward and veering to the right then slightly turn
the”steering trim” to the left until the boat is moving straight.
RIGHT TRIM
If while the boat is moving forward and veering to the left then slightly turn
the”steering trim” tothe right until the boat is moving straight.
RUDDER SETTING
Turn the switch to the left to increase the turning radius. Turn the switch to
the right to reduce the turning radius. (A too-small turning radius can tip
the boat over.)
CAPSIZE RECOVERY

If the boat capsizes, push and pull the throttle back and forth repeatedly until the boat flips upright.
Weak signal and low power alert
- about the emote control co contes range, cheese return to indicate that the boat range immediately.
- When the remote control continues to emit a beeping sound ……, it indicates that the boat’s battery is running low. Return the boat to retrieve it.
- When the remote control continues to emit beeping sounds ….., it indicates that the the remote control is about to run out of power, please replace the battery.
Lubricate the spindle(when the drive shaft is not lubricated)
- Disconnect the motor from the battery, fig. 1.
- Unscrew the motor protection cover, fig.2.
- Pull the plastic water hose out from the cooling tube on the motor, fig. 3.
- Unscrew the motor seat,fig.4.
- Lift the end of the motor carefully, then disconnect the motor from the main shaft,fig.5.
- Disconnect the wire connector for the motor and cabin, then take the motor seat out, fig.6.
- Hold the rubber part of the main shaft, and use a spanner to release the nut at the end to take the propeller out,fig.7.
- Pull the main shaft to the left, fig.8.
- Add lubrication oil to the tail of the main shaft tube,fig.9.
- Rotate the main shaft clockwise/anti-clockwise, and move forward/backward to make sure the oil is evenly inside the tube, fig. 10.
- Hold the rubber part of the main shaft, and use a wrench/spanner to tighten the nut at the end to secure the propeller in position, i.e. the propeller with copper outside should attach to the main shaft, fig. 11.
- Connect the wire connector for the motor and cabin, fig. 12.
- Put the motor seat back in position, check if the propeller runs smooth, then secure it with screws, fig. 13.
- Connect the plastic water hose to the cooling tube on the motor, fig. 14.
- Install the motor protection cover and fit it on the seat with 2 screws, fig. 15.
- Connect the motor to the battery wire, fig. 16.
NB
- Battery wire exhaust to the boat side, to prevent the wire being damaging the steering wheel.
- Make sure all plugs fit tightly.
- Ensure the boat cover fits tightly to prevent leakage.
