Download APP

  • Scan the QR code, or search ‘FOCUSH’ on app store install the APP.
  • In the APP, click the scan button and scan the QR code on the Focush to bind the device.

CHARGE THE BATTERY

  • Before using the Focush for the first time or when the battery is low, you must charge the battery.
  • Fully charge the battery up to about 4 hours for first time use.
  • If the battery is completely discharged, you cannot turn on the device, even while it is charging.
  • Allow the battery to charge for a few minutes before you try to turn on the device.
  • When the battery is low, the device will show a low battery message.
  • Recharge the battery to continue using your Focush.
  • When you are not using your device, switch to sleep mode by pressing the Power key. This can help you to save battery power and can use the device longer between charges.

GETTING STARTED

Hold ON/OFF key to power on, If it is used for the first time, the device will ask whether to bind the APP?

  • If you have installed the Focush APP on your phone/tablet, you can choose ‘BIND APP’, then scan the QR code to Bind.
  • If you don’t have the app installed, you can choose ‘Bind Later’, Then the device will ask you to set the date and time.
  • Can Focush be used alone? Or do I have to use it with the Focush APP?
  • Focush can be used alone. If you not install the Focush APP, you can use Focush alone to create tasks, manage tasks, and use most of the functions.
  • But if you want to view your task report, or invite friends join a task, then we recommend you install the Focush APP.

CREATE A TASK

Timer Type

  • No timer’ is suitable for tasks of indeterminate duration, such as: drawing an illustration, writing a report..
  • Pomodoro’ is suitable for tasks of fixed duration, such as: 50 minutes of yoga practice, 25 minutes of online courses…
  • You can tap ‘More settings’ to add Repeat or Alarm.

START A TASK

Created tasks will be automatically added to the task list;

  • Click and hold the task name see more details.
  • Click the play icon to start the task.
  • For ‘No Timer’ tasks, the screen displays the duration of the task.
  • For Pomodoro tasks, the screen displays the Countdovwn.
  • After 25 minutes of the task, there will be a 5- minute break so that you can complete the task more efficiently.

CALENDAR

With Calendar, you can jump to future dates, add tasks for future dates, or perform tasks for future dates.FOCUSH-Smart-Task-Planner-

  • You can also jump to past dates to see tasks performed on past dates.
  • Click the date, will jump to the task list of the date you selected.
  • If you complete a task for a future date, the task is automatically moved to today’s record.
  • That is to say, Focush will record according to the actual execution date of the task.

OVERDUE TASK

  • We understand that overdue task are inevitable, and that doesn’t mean you’re not diligent enough.
  • When an overdue task occurs, the task will be removed from the scheduled date to the Overdue Tasks folder.
  • Same as complete a task for a future date, If you complete a overdue task, the task is automatically moved to today’s record.

REWARD SYSTEM

  • With the reward system turned on, every time you complete a task, you can get a marine life as a reward.
  • More missions you complete and the longer the missions last, more rewards you can get.
  • You can turn on the Reward system in Settings.

Focush APP

  • For the Focus APP, you can create tasks, invite friends to join tasks, manage friends, view rewards, and view task reports.
  • When using the APP for the first time, you need to fill in the name and set a password, the system will assign you an ID, please remember your ID and password;
  • You can check your ID on Profile page.
  • if you change your phone/tablet, you can log in to  the new device with your ID and password, so that the new device does not need to be re-bound with Focus, and your task records will also be synchronized to the new device.FOCUSH-Smart-Task-Planner-FIG-13

Dump tasks

  • We know that sometimes we think we need to do something, but for those things, there may be no clear plan for the time being.
  • Using the APP, we can quickly add these things to dump tasks and then transfer them to Task List’ when there is a clear plan for the future.

Friend List

  • Enter your friend’s ID, you can add friends, view your friends’ rewards, and send task invitations.
  • If you don’t want to be disturbed, you can also set Allow Friend Request’ OFF in the Profile.
