DURALINE Neodisher Multi Zym

Liquid concentrate

Fields of application

Intended for use for the manual cleaning of thermostable and thermolabile instruments, incl. MIS and micro instruments, dental instruments, flexible endoscopes, anaes thesia utensils, containers and other medical utensils in immersion and ultrasonic baths

Performance spectrum

Reliably removes residues such as dried and denatured blood, fats and secretions
Causes depletion of organic materials and prevents the redeposition of protein residues
Excellent material compatibility: suitable for stainless steel, instrument steel, optics, commonly used synthetic materials, anodised aluminium, silicone and materials used in anaes thesia utensils
Good visibility of instruments in the solution
Usable in all degrees of water hardness

Special properties

First-class cleaning performance
Multi-enzymatic formula based on protease, lipase and amylase for an active residue-free cleaning action
Free of boric acid and borates, free of perfumes and colorants

Application and dosage

neodisher MultiZym can be used in immersion baths or ultrasonic baths. The dosing amount and application parameters depend among other things on the area of application and the degree of soiling of the instruments.

The following parameters are recommended when using neodisher MultiZym:

Manual cleaning / normal dirt load| 0.125 oz/gal – 0.375 oz/gal,
59 – 122 °F, 2 – 10 min
1 – 2.5 ml/l,
15 – 50 °C, 2 – 10 min
Manual cleaning / high dirt load| 0.375 oz/gal – 3.75 oz/gal,
59 – 122 °F, 2 – 10 min
2.5 – 30 ml/l,
15 – 50 °C, 2 – 10 min
Manual cleaning in ultrasonic baths| 0.125 oz/gal – 3.75 oz/gal,
59 – 122 °F, 2 – 10 min
1 – 30 ml/l,
15 – 50 °C, 2 – 10 min

The solution must be renewed at least daily; immediately in the case of visible soiling.

Notes on application

For professional use only.
For economical and controlled dosing we recommend using manual dosing ancillaries, such as e.g. mixing equipment or dosing caps. Please contact us.
The neodisher MultiZym solution has to be rinsed off completely (preferably with deionised water).
Reprocessing should comply with all ordinances pursuant to the Medical Device Directive and should be performed with appropriate validated processes.
Please observe the reprocessing recommendations of the medical device manufacturers according to the requirements of public standards such as ANSI/AAMI ST 79:2017.
Do not mix with other products.

Isotridecanol, ethoxylated;

neodisher MultiZym complies with European guidelines for medical devices.

Storage information

Always store between 32 °F and 77 °F resp.
0 °C and 25 °C. Keep away from sunlight.
Usable for 2 years when stored as recommended.
For expiry date refer to the stamp mark on the label behind the hourglass symbol .

Changes in the colour of the product may occur when storing in factory-sealed trade units. This has no impact on the properties of the product which are relevant for application.

Hazard and precautionary statements

neodisher Mult iZym is not a hazardous product according to the Appendix D, OSHA Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910:1200. Dispose only when container is empty and closed.
