Product Usage Instructions
Cinema Pro Vest Camera Support System Setup
Ensure all components listed in the manual are present before
proceeding with assembly.
Spring Core Swapping
The Proaim Cinema Pro Arm comes with three swappable spring
cores for different load capacities. Choose the appropriate core
based on your equipment’s weight.
Arm Post Swapping
Use the provided wrench kit to swap between 1/2 & 3/8 Arm
Posts as needed for your setup.
Socket Swapping
The mounting socket blocks allow for zero friction or friction
settings. Select the desired setting for precise control over arm
movement.
Tension Adjustment
Quickly adjust spring tension using the QR Bolts located at each
end of the arm.
Vest Assembly
Follow the instructions to assemble the vest for comfortable and
secure wear.
Vest Height Adjustment
Adjust the height of the front plate for operators between 5.5′
to 6.5′ for an ideal fit.
Socket Block Height Adjustment
Adjust the height of the socket block to suit your preference
and comfort level.
Cinema Arm Mounting
Securely mount the Cinema Arm to your stabilizer following the
provided guidelines.
Stabilizer Mounting
Mount your stabilizer onto the Cinema Arm for a complete setup

Spring Core Swapping
· Loosen the bolt of the spring bracket using the 10mm spanner and remove it.
· Now, carefully remove the Spring bracket from the Spring core’s top and
remove the Spring core.
· Follow the same process to remove the second Spring Core.
· Insert the Orange Spring core into the Cinema Arm, as shown in the video.
Feature: The quick Swap Spring is designed to minimize downtime by allowing
for quick and easy spring changes. · Insert the Spring bracket into the Spring
core’s top.
· Then, insert the Spring bracket into the Spring core’s bottom.
· Tighten its bolt using the 10mm spanner.

· The orange spring core is securely attached to the Cinema Arm.
· Repeat the same process to attach the other Spring cores.
Feature: The Proaim Cinema Pro Arm is equipped with three swappable spring
cores tailored for different load capacities, ranging from 15-29kg /
33-63.8lb.

20 Kg-25 Kg / 44 lb-55 lb
Arm Post Swapping
· Loosen the bolt and remove the cap using the 5mm Allen key.
25 Kg-29 Kg / 55 lb-63.8 lb
· Then, carefully remove the 5/8″ Arm Post.

· Now, securely insert the 1/2″ Arm Post. Feature: With three types of arm
posts (1/2 “, 3/4 “, 5/8”), our combo offers comprehensive mounting options
compatible with various steady cam stabilizers and rigs, including Zest and
Equator. · Insert the cap into the arm post. Feature: You can attach it to
poles or a rickshaw using a hard mount for added flexibility.
Socket Swapping
· Loosen the Socket knob. · Then remove the Socket and flower knob.

· Now, attach the Socket to the Socket block and carefully insert the knob.
· The Socket is securely attached to the socket block.
Feature: The two mild steel mounting socket blocks allow you to choose between
zero friction and friction settings for precise control over arm movement.
Tension Adjustment
· Loosen the QR bolt of the Socket Bracket using the 5mm Allen Key.
· Then, adjust the spring tension as per your requirement.
Feature: QR Bolts on each end ensure a quick Spring Tension Adjustment.

Vest Assembly
· Loosen the buckles of both the shoulder and waist ratchet belts from each
side.
· Then, open the ratchet belts from both sides.
· Detach the Velcro from back side of the vest.
· Then, loosen or tighten the belt as per your comfort.

· After adjusting the belt, re-attach the Velcro.
Vest Height Adjustment
· Loosen both bolts on the front plate using the 5mm Allen Key.
· Then, adjust the height of the Cinema vest Upward or downward, as per your
convenience.
NOTE: Height Adjustment of the Front Plate offers an ideal fit for operators
from 5.5′ to 6.5′ in height.
Height Adjustment
· Re-tighten the bolts after adjusting the height.

· Wear the vest. · Attach the waist buckles on both sides &
tighten them as per your convenience.
· Now, attach the shoulder buckles on both sides & tighten them.
· Tighten the shoulder Velcro straps to a snug position.
Feature: The Shoulder Strap’s articulation from the front is designed to
provide a comfortable fit over the Trapezius Muscle near the neck.

Socket Block Height Adjustment
· Loosen all bolts of the Socket block using the 5mm Allen Key.
· You can also adjust the height of the Socket Block.
· Then, re-tighten all bolts using the 5mm Allen Key.
Cinema Arm Mounting
· Loosen both knobs of the Socket Block.
· Then, insert the male connecting Socket of the Arm into the Socket Block of
the Vest.

· After inserting the Arm, tighten both the knobs of the Socket Block.
· Your Arm is securely attached to the vest.
Stabilizer Mounting
· Now, mount the Stabilizer (Not Included) on the Arm post.
NOTE: When attaching the Stabilizer to the Arm and vest, keep the Stabilizer’s
handle straight by the Arm’s pin. · Your setup is ready to use.
