Notes:
- When using this keyboard for the first time, it is recommended to use the charging cable provided with the product to connect the computer USB port or DC-5V charger to fully charge the keyboard before using it. When charging, observe the direction of the TYPE-C head of the connecting cable and carefully insert it into the charging dock of the keyboard. When the keyboard is plugged in for charging, the ESC key light on the keyboard lights up red, and when it is fully charged, the indicator light color will be restored to the current mode.
- This keyboard has an intelligent power-saving function: when the keyboard is idle for about 3 minutes, the keyboard will automatically turn off the backlight-, and you can restore the light by pressing any key.
- When the receiver is plugged in when using this keyboard, if the computer cannot recognize it, it should be considered that the port contact is poor and it needs to be replaced and plugged into another computer USB port. When the backlight of the keyboard dims or no light is on during use, it should be confirmed that it is caused by insufficient built-in power of the product. If the power is insufficient, charge it in time. When charging, the TYP-EC cable provided must be connected to the keyboard before charging. The charging time will vary according to the power of the charger. If the product is not used for a long time, please turn the product mode switch to the wired icon position.
- When the product freezes or suddenly stops during use, in addition to eliminating the cause of low battery voltage, it should be considered that there is interference from the same frequency signal in the environment. At this time, you can use a TYPE-C cable to connect the computer to use it in wired mode. You can also switch the Bluetooth channel or 2.4G channel to solve the problem. The method of pairing is shown above (if the pairing fails once, you can repeat the operation).
- The wired mode of the X75-QMK keyboard also supports VIA open-source software, but you need to open the https://www.caniusevia.com/IA (usevia.app) webpage and prepare the X75-JSON file for configuration. When configuring, the keyboard must be switched to wired mode before it can be used.
- Attack Shark wireless products are all designed with built-in lithium batteries, and the keyboard uses a large-capacity lithium battery design. Therefore, for the safety of users, the product can only be used at room temperature indoors. Please do not use it in extremely cold or high-temperature places near fire sources.
