Before First Use
Clean hands and surfaces thoroughly before handling. Disassemble the nipple and base from the bottle and sterilize in boiling water for five (5) minutes. Allow to cool before giving to baby.
How to Assemble*
Responsive Flow Valve
Emulait nipples must be used with a Responsive Flow Valve inserted to prevent
collapse. You may notice that the nipple compresses during feeding. This is
due to suction from the baby’s latch and does not affect the flow of milk.
- Insert Responsive Flow Valve
- Fill the bottle and attach nipple (with valve inserted)
How to Hold Bottle
How to Disassemble for Cleaning*
- Detach nipple and base
- Remove Responsive Flow Valve
- Invert nipple
*You will assemble and disassemble the Anatomy and Classic Bottle the same way
Cleaning and Sterilizing
Before each subsequent use, fully disassemble all parts and clean carefully to
ensure hygiene. Wash all parts in warm water and dishwashing soap. Rinse and
dry thoroughly, ensuring all cavities are clean.
We recommend cleaning all parts in the dishwasher with the Emulait dishwasher
basket (top rack only). Bottle parts can be cleaned in an electric or
microwave sterilizer. Use sterilizing solutions or sterilizers strictly
according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Steam can cause severe burns,
please exercise caution when sterilizing bottle parts. Avoid unnecessary
handling of sterilized items and equipment.
