Assembly Instructions:

How to remove/attach the jar lid (A):

  1. To remove the jar lid, slightly move the lid fastening clip (A1) to the right. The lid handle (A2) will be released and then pulled out.
  2. To attach the lid, align the lid flange (A3) with the jar spout (C1) and press it down until positioned. Then press down the lid handle (A2). It will click into the lid fastening clip (A1).

Note:
The jar lid must be closed well in position, otherwise, the appliance cannot be activated.

How to remove/attach the measuring cup (B):

  1. To remove the measuring cup, turn it counterclockwise and pull it out.
  2. To attach the measuring cup, align the measuring cup flanges, press it down, and turn it clockwise. It will click into position.

How to place the jar (C):
Hold the jar with the handle on its right side, place it into the motor unit (D), and turn it clockwise until the lock marks. It will click into place.

Lift the jar to check whether it is locking or not. To remove the jar, repeat the operation in reverse.

Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from the supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. This appliance is intended for use at a maximum altitude of 2000m above sea level.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

How to remove/attach the jar lid (A):

  1. To remove the jar lid, slightly move the lid fastening clip (A1) to the right. The lid handle (A2) will be released and then pulled out.
  2. To attach the jar lid, align the lid flange (A3) with the jar spout (C1) and press it down until positioned. Then press down the lid handle (A2). It will “click” into the lid fastening clip (A1). Note: The jar lid must be closed well in position, otherwise, the appliance cannot be activated.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Blending with speed knob

  1. Lay the appliance on a flat horizontal surface and make sure it is unplugged.
  2. Pour in the ingredients. The jar (C) is graduated with different weight marks for easy use.

The amount of mixture should never exceed the maximum capacity as indicated on the jar. Note: Never use hot liquids or run the appliance empty.

  1. Place the jar lid (A) and measuring cup (B) well in position. Please refer to the above section of this manual.
  2. Install the jar (C) onto the motor unit (D), and make sure that the jar is installed well in posi-tion. Please refer to the above section of this manual.
  3. Plug in the appliance. The ON/OFF button (E1) LED light will flash.
  4. Press the ON/OFF button (E1) and rotate the speed knob (E) to which speed you need from 1 to 9. You can change the speed at any time while operating by rotating the speed knob (E).
  5. At the end of preparation, press again the ON/OFF button (E1) or rotate the speed knob (E) to speed 0, unplug the appliance, and wait until the blades come to a complete stop. 8. Remove the jar (C) and take off the lid (A), then pour out the ingredients.

Note:
Each time cannot work more than 3 minutes. Cool down the appliance 30 minutes before the next operation in case the motor overheats.

BLENDING WITH FUNCTION BUTTONS

  1. Proceed according to steps 1 to 5 in section “blending with speed control”. The function buttons led lights will flash and different programs could be selected. The speed can-not be adjusted in the below modes. During the working process, if you want to make the appliance stop working before it finishes, you can press the function button or ON/OFF button (E1) again.
  2. Smoothie: Press the “smoothie” button (E2). It will work close to variable power for 60 seconds. Ideal for making fruit and vegetable shakes.
  3. Squeeze: Press the “squeeze” button (E3). It will work close to variable power for 60 se-conds. Ideal for egg yolk or more consistent cold creams in general.
  4. Ice crush: Press the “ice crush” button (E4). A cycle is working and all process will last for 30 seconds. Ideal for slushes or mojitos. Please note the recommended solid ice cubes per use are 8 pieces with a size of 15mm x 15mm x 15 mm and the proportion of the ice and water is 2:3.
  5. Pulse: Press the “pulse” button (E5). The appliance will work at maximum speed until you release it.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

  • Before cleaning, always turn off the appliance and unplug it from the power supply.
  • Do not immerse the appliance and power cord in water or other liquids or wash them in the dishwasher.
  • Wipe off the appliance with a damp cloth and a little dish washing detergent. Do not use any abrasive scouring agents, steel wool, metal objects, hot cleaning agents or disinfectants, since they can damage the appliance.
  • During the cleaning process, special care must be taken with the blades and they are very sharp.
  • It is recommended to clean the appliance regularly and remove all traces of food.
  • If the appliance is not maintained in good cleaning condition, its surface can degrade and inexorably affect the life of the appliance and lead to a dangerous situation.
  • The following parts are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher: jar, jar lid, blades and mea-suring cup.

Self-cleaning function (E6)

  • After use, reassemble the jar and pour about 400-500ml warm water and a small amount of detergent into it.
  • Plug in the appliance. The ON/OFF button (E1) LED light will flash. Press the “clean” button (E6) to perform the auto cleaning.
  • After finish cleaning, the appliance will stop working automatically and the indicators of five buttons will turn to blink.
  • Unplug the appliance and then remove the jar from the motor unit, then rinse the jar under running water.

Removable blades for effective cleaning

  • Loosen the fixing ring of the blades by turning it clockwise until the unlock mark. Remove the fixing ring from the blades and clean all the parts.
  • Once clean, replace the blade assembly and turn the blade fixing ring in the opposite direction.
