SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced manufacturer, service
technician or equivalently qualified personnel to avoid any risk.
Children aged 8 years and older and persons with disabilities physical,
sensory or mental abilities or with a lack of experience and knowledge they
can do this use the appliance only if they are under
supervision or are instructed in the use of the appliance in a safe manner and

Children must not play with the appliance. Children must not perform cleaning
and user maintenance if they are not older than 8 years a under the
supervision of an adult.

Appliances are not designed to be controlled by an external device timer or
separate remote system control.
For cleaning, follow the maintenance and cleaning section in this
instructions.
This device is designed to be used in a maximum altitude of 2000 meters above
sea level.
IMPORTANT WARNING
Any misuse or mishandling of the product will void the warranty.
Before plugging the appliance into the socket, make sure that the mains
voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on its label.
The power cord must not wrap around the appliance during use.
Do not use, connect or disconnect the appliance with wet hands or feet.
Do not pull the power cord or use it as a handle when unplugging the
appliance.
In the event of any malfunction or damage, immediately disconnect the
appliance from the mains and contact an official technical service assistance
service. To avoid any danger, do not open the device. Repairs or interventions
on the device may only be performed by qualified technical personnel of the
brand’s official technical assistance service.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug or brewing
unit in water or other liquids.
Unplug the appliance when not in use or before cleaning. Leave it on before
cleaning to cool down.
Use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire,
electric shock or risk of personal injury.
Do not use outdoors or for commercial purposes.
Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter or touch
hot surfaces.
Do not place the appliance on or near a gas or electric burner or in a heated
oven. After disconnect the unit after use.
Do not use the appliance for a purpose other than that for which it is
intended.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance is equipped with a
grounding plug. If the plug does not fit correctly in the outlet, contact a
qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way don’t even use an
adapter.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove all packaging.
Clean the hobs by wiping them with a sponge or a cloth dampened in lukewarm
water. Do not immerse the appliance and do not run water directly over the
cooking surfaces.
Dry the unit with a cloth or paper towel.
For best results, lightly coat the hob with a little cooking oil or cooking
spray cooking.
Warning: When your contact grill first heats up, there may be smoke or
odor coming from it. This is normal many heating devices. It does not affect
the security of your device.
HOW TO USE THE APPLIANCE
Before using the appliance for the first time, remove all packaging and
promotional materials and check that are the hobs clean and free of dust. If
necessary, wipe with a damp cloth. To achieve for best results, pour a
teaspoon of vegetable oil on the non-stick plates. Spread with absorbent
kitchen towel towel and wipe off excess oil.
PREPARATION OF THE CONTACT GRILL
Close the contact grill and connect it to an electrical outlet, the power
indicator light that the contact grill has started work. After a few minutes,
the light will come on, which means that the contact grill has finished
heating and is ready ready to use. Now you can cook food to your liking.
Preheat the contact grill for about 3 to 5 minutes to reach cooking
temperature when the green light comes on, the contact grill is ready for use.
COOKING
Like a contact grill
Prepare hamburgers, meat or other dishes and place them on the lower plate.
Close the upper cooking plate, which has a clamping hinge designed to press
the food evenly. Upper the hob must be fully lowered in order for grill marks

When the food is cooked, use the handle to open the lid. Remove the food with

Like a sandwich maker

Prepare the sandwiches according to the picture and place them on the bottom plate. Always place the sandwiches in the direction of the back of the lower hob.

Close the upper hob which has a clamping hinge designed to press evenly on sandwich. When cooking sandwiches, the top plate must be completely lowered.

Cook for 3 to 6 minutes or until golden, adjust the time to your liking.

When the sandwich is cooked, open the lid using the handle. Remove the sandwich using a plastic spatula.
Never use metal tongs or knives as they can damage the non-stick coating on the cookware boards. -
Use the contact grill as a grill sandwich maker to grill sandwiches, toast, paninis and quesadillas.

The contact grill was designed with a unique handle and hinge that allows the lid to be adjusted to the thickness the dish. You can grill anything from thinly sliced to thick potatoes with ease tenderloin with an even result.

When cooking more than one food on a contact grill, it is important that the thickness of the food is consistent, so that the lid closes evenly on the food.
Like an open grill
- Place the contact grill on a flat, clean surface where you will be cooking. A contact grill can be placed flat.
- The top cover is flush with the bottom/base plate. The top and bottom plates are aligned to form large cooking surface. Angle button: With your left hand on the handle, move the lever towards with your right hand together. Push the handle back until the lid is flat on the counter. The unit will remain in this position, until you lift the handle and lid to return to the closed position.
- Use the contact grill as an open grill for grilling hamburgers, ribeyes, poultry (we do not recommend cooking chicken with the bone in, as it will not cook evenly on an open grill), fish and vegetables.
- Open grilling is the most versatile way to use a contact grill. In the open position you have double the area for the grill.
- You have the option to cook different types of food separately without combining their flavors or to cook large ones amount of the same type of food. The open position also accommodates different cuts of meat with different thicknesses, which allows you to cook every meal to your liking.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Before cleaning, always unplug the contact grill and let it cool down. The unit is easier to clean when it is slightly warm. It is not necessary to disassemble the contact grill for cleaning. Never immerse the contact grill in water do not put it in the dishwasher.

Clean the hobs with a soft cloth to remove food residue. In the case of baked-on leftovers of food, squeeze a little warm water mixed with detergent onto food residue, then wipe with a non-abrasive plastic wire or place damp kitchen paper on the wire rack to moisten leftover food.

Do not use anything abrasive that could scratch or damage the non-stick coating.

Only clean the outside of the contact grill with a damp cloth. Do not clean the outer surface with any abrasive sponges or steel wool, as this would damage the finish.
Do not immerse the device in water or any other liquid. -

STORAGE
- Always unplug the contact grill before storing.
- Always make sure the contact grill is cool and dry before storing.
