pron Soundster Pixel Over-Ear Headphones
Important: pTron ‘Soundster Pixel’ is set at 50% default volume. You can increase the volume through the headset or the connected device.
TO CHARGE THE CHARGING CASE
- Connect the type-C charging cable to the headset’s charging port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
- The LED indicator will show a charging status ( red while charging and blue when fully charged).
POWER ON/OFF
Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn the headset on or
off.
Pairing with Devices
- Turn on the headset, the headset will automatically go to Bluetooth mode, and the LED indicator red & blue flash rapidly.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your device, and search ” PTron BT”
- Tap “pTron BT” to connect. Headset will respond with a voice prompt: ” Connected.”
- When the Bluetooth signal is lost, the headset will respond with a voice prompt “DISCONNECTED” and will shut down automatically after 5 minutes.
- When the headset is powered on, the headset will connect to the last paired device automatically. If not, please repeat the above steps.
Basic Operation
- Power on/off: Turn on/off the headset by pressing the power button.
- Volume control: Press one time “+” button to increase the sound and Press one time ” to decrease the sound.
- Play/Pause: Press the power button once to start or pause audio playback.
- Next/Previous track: Long press the “+” & “buttons to move to the next & previous track when playing music.
- Mode Button: Press the Power button to change the headset mode to Game Mode, Movie Mode, and Music.
Call Control
- To Answer A Call: Press the MFB button once.
- To End A Call: Press the MFB button once.
- To Reject A Call: Long press(2 to 3 sec) the MFB button
- To Redial A Call: Press the MFB button twice.
Voice Assistant
Long press the MFB button to activate the default smart voice assistant.
The respective voice assistant screen pops up on the connected and you may
place your command.
Wired Connection(3.5mm Aux):
- To use a wired connection, connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the headset AUX IN port
- Connect the other end of the audio cable to the headphone jack of your audio source (phone, tablet, computer, etc.).
Troubleshooting
Scenario 1: Connectivity Issue
- Turn OFF the Headset and charge 100%.
- Unpaired with the connected Bluetooth device.
- Restart the bluetooth device.
- After 100% charging switch ON the Headset and pair it with the bluetooth device again.
Scenario 2: Headset Disconnecting During a Phone Call
- The headset must be 100% charged before use (a low battery can also cause call drops).
- Unpair the Headset with your connected device and restart the device.
- Pair the Headset again.
Important: Please use this Headset within a 10-meter wireless range from the connected device.
Safety Precautions
- Keep the device out of extreme heat and humidity.
- Play time may vary depending on personal habits,
- Using incompatible USB cables or high-voltage chargers can damage the product & void the product warranty.
- We strongly recommend using good quality DC5V-1A chargers & the USB cable included in the package.
- Please don’t over-charge the product as it will decrease the service life of the battery.
- Read all warnings on the product and in the operating instructions.
- It is recommended to utilize the product below the maximum volume to protect hearing and extend headset service life.
- Please don’t open/temper the product or the product’s battery.
- Please keep the product out of children’s reach.
- Stop using this product immediately if it causes discomfort or pain.
- Dispose of the product responsibly and adhere to your local authority guidelines.
